Unfortunately this caribou consistently under delivers on drive thru drinks. Multiple times I have received lattes with no coffee. Once the coffee is cool enough and I can drink it it’s too late to go back. Huge bummer. Avoid this caribou if at all possible.

I go to this caribou every morning and it is an amazing experience every time. I get to talk to the GM, Izzy, almost every time and she is a delight every day. The store is kept up very well and it is very clean. I have nothing bad to say about this location.

I went there this morning and have never been so mistreated.. one lady stood at the sink rising a piece to the blender over and over again and looked back at me twice and did not acknowledge me, one lady came from the back with a basket of green napkins looked at me a walked away I know your busy or pretending to be busy but acknowledge a person standing at the counter I made my order for pick up and all I wanted was a caddy to carry them to the car! I wasted over 15 minutes I felt that was rude and you guys lost me as a customer!! I don’t need that kind of treatment at 730 in morning and the other reviews of people loving this location must have been paid for the false feed back!!!!

Dine-in is now open after being closed since start of pandemic. Feels like drive-thru times have also improved so maybe this location is back to full staff. Good place for doing remote work or meeting with a small group.
