I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so poorly in my whole life! I ordered two pepperoni pizzas and two cheese pizzas and two orders of crazy bread, with 2 marinara sauces and 2 cheese sauces. The person taking my order was laughing and giggling with someone else in the background and it was hard to understand anything they said at first. When I got to the window she told me my total never said hello no smile on her face or anything. When she gave me my change all she did was tell me to pull up and I asked if there was a certain spot she wanted me to park and she said no, that’s it, once again, no heads up that they only had 2 ovens that work and that there would be a wait. I then sat in the parking lot for 40 minutes and watched two employees Goof Off the entire time talking to someone else that was sitting in there. I was never told that there would be a long wait and there was no one else in front of me besides what seemed to be the person that was sitting inside playing on their phone. Again I patiently waited 40 minutes. The only reason I waited is because my kid wanted Little Caesars so bad. When I went into the store they were bagging up my crazy bread. I stated that it had been 40 minutes and the person that handed me my pizzas rudely told me that they were running on two ovens. No apology, no offer to give me a small refund or anything like that they just handed me my food and that was all. After I left I called the restaurant to speak to a manager about the service that I received and was treated poorly as well. I asked why they didn’t tell me that there would be such a long wait or that they only had two ovens running or anything like that and they had nothing to say. I said you could have offered me a refund or something they said that they could only offer me a refund or give me the pizzas. Then I asked why they were so rude to me, and that is when the supposed manager hung up on me. If I could give this establishment zero Stars I definitely would. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to come here! Absolutely horrible customer service, didn’t get my cheese sauce, and they don’t even know how to cut a pizza, we had to cut it ourselves when we got home! Fast and ready, yeah right!

We ordered online showed up 15 minutes later, when our food was supposed to be done. They tried to lie and say they just received It. He said, it’d be 10 minutes and came out a couple minutes later with pizza that clearly wasn’t done! It wasn’t even cut properly. The crazy bread, did not taste like crazy bread. It was very hard and it’s not normally like that. They forgot one of our sauces. All around terrible service. We’ve been over fast food lately and this will be it for us.

Only leaving this review because I’m sitting in a parking lot full of cars waiting patiently on my order and got to watch some amazing crew members handle order after order on a busy Friday night, from checking on each car and informing on wait times to individually delivering a bunch of pizzas to cars back to back.. This place is awesome and the customer service is out of this world! Keep up the good work!

I love little Caesars in Toledo Detroit and beavercreek. Why is the sidney location always terrible. Pizza was stuck to box, tastes like it has been sitting in the box since lunch ch yesterday. Sauce is like glue in the mouth. Just this location. I have tried like 3 tines

So called manager Jermey Young horrible customer service. Ordered a pizza with extra cheese and he put hardly any cheese on it and burned the pizza. When tried to take it back he started saying it wasn’t burnt and wasn’t his fault. So will be doing a charge back on the order and reporting Mr. Young to cooperate for his lack of customer service.

so I ordered food for me and my fiancé, and the lady that was working there gave me attitude over the phone and said “well we close at 10 so you have to be here before then” with an attitude towards me. Then I get there and I try and pay. She tells me that I cannot give her a 100 for some odd reason, when that’s the only cash i have.. So I’m sitting there counting out my change because that’s the only other money that I have so I give her my money and then she gives me my receipt and then just doesn’t say anything for like three minutes. She then throws my sauce ontop of my pizza, then comes up to me hands me my food I said thank you have a good night and then she completely shrugged me off her shoulder and ignored me so whoever is managing their needs to teach their workers. Some customer service and some manners thank you.

Definitely one of the worst slowest rudest restaurants if not the worst rudest and slowest. I’ve been standing inside for 20 mins and they won’t even make eye contact with me or say please give us a few mins. I put in an online order over an hour ago and its about 20 mins past when it should have been ready and its still not ready. Everytime I come here it is like this. The people are so rude. I always tell myself im not coming back but then I forget until I do it all over again. And its not like ive got some huge complicated order its a ready to go pizza and bread. And the food ends up being terrible.

We like your thin crust pizza but here lately it has went down hill.1st, they need to teach the staff how to cut a pizza, ours is never hardly cut. 2nd some people don’t like a gallon of sauce sloped on their pizza. You take a bite and sauce goes everywhere. I believe in 2nd chances so you have 1 more time, please don’t screw it up

Very rude customer service. The guy working there was nice came up and talked to me but the girl that is working was obnoxious and rude, especially to the elderly woman that came in after me. She was very rude to me and her. I think this girl that is working needs to be checked by managers and taught how to treat customers.

Didn’t give me everything I orded. Deep dish was 90 percent doe. Evan the peperonies looked like they forgot them and threw them on afterwards the deep dish looked like it was on flat bread. Nobody In the front to help. Called the store to be on a 10 minute hold. When I did get ahold of someone they said they was closed and that there manager left at 6 wasn’t even 10 yet. All disudden a person claiming to be a manager got on. This point i didnt know who i was talking to. Never tried to give me my money back or anything. Still waiting on the regional office to call been almost 2 weeks.
