Had a taste for some good Maryland crabs, any my brother recommend Nicks! Hands down the best crabs I have had in a long time. I got the half dozen large crabs, they were well seasoned, juicy, and full of succulent meat. Shout out to Sam, awesome waiter. I highly recommend this spot to any crab and seafood lovers.

This is a neighborhood takeout only Seafood Place. From the outside as driving up, it looks like an old farmer’s Stan or could have been a previous gas station. Inside is a large counter and the woman running the orders are very nice. Even when you call ahead, they took my order, although it took a few try’s to get through. They told me exactly what time the first pot was coming off and was spot on.
Now the CRABS WERE OUTSTANDING. THEY SAID JUMBOS. And I was not disappointed. They are aligned with the market price and I was not disappointed. Final note, I drive from Delaware on a Saturday before noon, hour out and a hour back! WELL WORTH THE TRIP!!!

I got crabs from Nick’s yesterday and they did not disappoint. First off, the customer service over the telephone was wonderful. I didn’t feel rushed at all and the woman taking my order was the sweetest. She let me know that they only had 6 jumbo crabs left. I quickly ordered the last 6 jumbo crabs (plus 6 smaller crabs) and baby….those crabs were not only jumbo…but absolutely delicious!! I can’t wait to go back.

Nicks Crabs is now my favorite Maryland steamed blue crab place. Crabs were very fresh, but it’s their seasoning that really set them apart. It’s not overpoweringly salty but very very flavorful. I’m assuming they are using their own proprietary blend of spices mixed with either Old Bay or J.O. seasoning, but whatever they’re doing, they’re doing it RIGHT!

Carried out steamed crabs from Nick’s Crab Market last weekend and they were excellent. Unlike others, Nick’s opens at 11 am which gives a head start on the planning for the day. The crabs were nice and heavy and they asked if we wanted regular or heavy spice which is nice and did not disappoint. It’s easy to get to with plenty of parking and easy in easy out. Staff taking the order and behind the counter are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

OMG! Walked in to get a 1/2 a bushel of crabs and fell in love with the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we left their market happy campers. It’s a family business that makes you feel like you are a part of the family as well. This was so well worth the trip from New York. Will visit again on my next trip down .
