This was a great find for breakfast. There was a healthy amount of food and it was coffee. So was the coffee. Super important. Maybe could use a a little face-lift but I would go again for sure. Oh, and I cut the pancakes in half before I snapped the pics…

We walked in and it took a minute to be greeted, which is fine. I understand places get busy. We were eventually told to have a seat wherever we liked. After sitting down, I noticed paper menus sitting on the counter, so I walked over to grab them. The lady at the register, who later claimed to be the manager after I asked to speak to one, said, “I will bring them to you.” Also fine. I simply went back to our booth and waited.

When she came over, instead of saying hello or introducing herself, her first words were, “You need to practice a little patience.” That immediately put my service radar on high alert. There was no attitude from us, no complaints, I had simply walked over to grab menus. The comment was unnecessary and unprofessional.

She then asked what we wanted to drink. I calmly asked, “Can you wipe the table down?” Her response: “It is.” I replied, “It is not, there are spots on the table.” She then pointed at the table and said, “These are imperfections.” I know the difference between imperfections in a surface and spots that can be wiped clean. The table clearly had residue on it. Rather than simply wiping it down, she chose to argue.

At that point, I told my husband, “Let’s just leave.” The entire interaction felt dismissive, defensive, and rude. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed she was the manager. I let her know directly that her tone and behavior were inappropriate and rude then we left.

Customer service is about making guests feel welcome. This felt the exact opposite. I should have trusted some of the reviews I read before walking, but I gave the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake.

Good food, still reasonably priced, giving the economy. Will go back. I had the veggie skillet and while I’m normally not a fan of combo dishes like this, it was delicious. Everything tasted fresh and the eggs weren’t the liquid stuff from a carton. I had pancakes as well, but didn’t get a picture

This little “hole in the wall” diner is a breath of fresh air! Great food (and I have always been picky) with great taste always prepared the way I order it. Great, friendly staff – after one visit they know your name when you walk in the door. I could not recommend Jo Jo’s more highly!

We had a fantastic breakfast. The service was great and the food was delicious. My kids said the hamburgers were the best they have ever had. I tried one and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Do not skip this place. If you blink you’ll miss the turn into the parking lot

Stopped on my way to church after recommendation from a friend. Was very impressed by the food and service. I knew I was in the right place when everyone walked in was greeted by their name. May make my stop every Sunday.

It was a good price for good food. I had the skillet with jalapenos, onion, peppers, cheese on “home fries” with two eggs on top. I was pleasantly surprised to find their home fries were crispy flat potato chips almost. A good stop for people that don’t want to gorge themselves on breakfast.

Won’t be back. Chicken ceaser salad? If that’s what you wanna call all white iceberg lettuce and the driest grilled chicken have ever had. I don’t know what it had tomatoes on it and a teaspoon of dressing. Waitress talked about herself and her after work plans the entire time. As we were walking in I heard her say “well I have two more, guess I have to walk home “. I love shopping small and local but never again jojos diner. So sad.

First time customer… I went there for lunch today. They have a traditional diner menu with a lot of choices. The service was very good, the food was excellent, the value was reasonable. I will come back again.
