This is not the first time this location has messed up our food but with our last order over this past weekend we have decided to boycott Wingstop. The wings were old dry and the meat was tight. Absolutely dry with hardly any sauce and the extra sauce we order they forgot to mix the butter. Opposite of what they advertised. Why do they have employees who are not happy working or it’s the management who wants to bring the cost down by giving us old dry wings with no sauce. There ranch also going down on the quality really water down. I would not recommend Wingstop and in particular this location. Go to firehouse wings which is near and you get fresh wings. Much better.

I placed my order through the Wing Stop app. My order arrived and I didn’t receive my a chicken sandwich. I couldn’t find anywhere on their site to report an issue with my order. I called the store, a guy answered and said he can issue a refund but keep putting me in hold. I figured he was trying to ask for help. 20 minutes went by, someone one picked up and soon as I said hello,they hanged up. I guess I will be contacting my bank.

App works well. Order your fries well done, so much better. Has a coke freestyle machine to get the mixed drink you want. The sandwich meal deal is a solid choice any day.

Everytime I give this place another chance I am always left dissatisfied. The food always seems to be cold. The place is always dirty inside and most of the workers are not so friendly. I’m done giving this place chances. Food is always so disappointing!!! Not to mention the wait for the food is always insane? Like an hour or more is actually crazy to wait.

This store is so disgusting!!!! Very very dirty! The floor was very slippery in the dining area, it had like an oily film over the whole thing. The ice/soda machine was absolutely disgusting!!! I’ve worked at a place with a ice/soda dispenser where we took it apart every evening and sanitized it, this thing has not been taken apart … probably EVER! Lots of slim and black mold up in there. Can’t see it all in the photos but i circled some spots you can see. These guys need to do some major cleaning. Can’t imagine what the areas where they prep food looks like

More often than not, wings are seasoned well and NOT frequently too dry. I’m partial to the dry rubs (specially: Louisiana Rub, Hot Honey Rub; ….the Garlic Parmesan is hit or miss) I agree, the fries are particularly tasty. The best part is (main reason why I have 5/5) my kids like eating here; they’re by no means food critics, but they have a strong opinion on what they like and don’t like …they like.

Incredibly dirty place. I don’t understand how to cook food in such a dirty place and then sell it to people. The tiles on the floor are very fat, making it slippery to walk in cafe.

Smells like a zoo. It was dirty as hell in there and muggy. They keep bowls of old sauce and toss the chicken in there and keep reusing it even after sitting for a while and they are just open and exposed. No ones wearing gloves or a hair net.
