We spent a quiet mid-afternoon here celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary.
We had champagne on arrival and was seated promptly ( I recommend you make reservations).
Our waitperson was knowledgeable about the variety of menu items we inquired about and ordered.
The restaurant is beautiful! The food was presented with flair and tasty even better. Our dishes were unique and brazen.
Had a wonderful time from start to dessert.

We came for a late lunch on a Saturday and were still able to enjoy brunch. I had the Fig and Gorgonzola flatbread + Steak and Eggs, which were both excellent.
Pricing could be better. $17-$20 for very average cocktails seems excessive. Their fixed price menu is eye-catching, but when you look closely, half of it (all apps, all desserts, several first and second course items) come at an additional cost.

I have visited Fig & Olive a few times (Brunch and Lunch) and this is the most recent review.
The place is beautiful, good location and a good atmosphere. The service could be better, the host is okay but sometimes she can be a little rude in the way she speaks. Server was nice.
There was a girl who in my opinion was the best, always keeping your glass of water or tea (in my case) always full.
The order was Salmon Burger with potatoes (delicious), Salmon with vegetables (very good presentation and a salad with avocado and salmon. The food was very good.
I had previously gone and tried their drinks and they are good.

This place is so delightful!
What really made me want to try this restaurant was the website. Their attention to accessibility is wonderful to see. There are many disabled parking spots near the entrance, and the layout of the space is wheelchair friendly. The staff is also kind and accommodating.
It seems like the menu changes seasonally, so I am excited to try out different menus. The only thing that needed fixing was whatever the bread was being cooked on, as it tasted burnt every time. The dessert, however, was absolutely spectacular! I also really appreciated that the wine was created in their own vinyard.

Had an exceptional time at Fig and Olive. The staff is amazing a very attentive. Everyone we encountered was very professional and polite. The food was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The dishes are are plated in a way that it is appealing and good sized portions. I highly recommend giving Fig and Olive a try. I can’t wait to go back.

Fig & Olive in the Galleria Mall is a delightful dining spot with a menu that offers a mix of hits and misses. We tried several dishes, including the Riviera Crostini Plate, Wild Mushroom Croquettes, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Moroccan-Spiced Salmon, and the Basque Cheesecake for dessert. The Wild Mushroom Croquettes were amazing and are a must-try! The Riviera Crostini Plate was also quite enjoyable. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich, however, was just mid-tier, and the Moroccan-Spiced Salmon was flavorful but not outstanding. The Basque Cheesecake dessert was also pretty average. Despite a few dishes being mid, the overall dining experience was pleasant, and the ambiance of Fig & Olive adds to its appeal. It’s worth a visit if you’re in the Galleria Mall and looking for a nice place to eat.

My aunt lives in Houston and I happened to be visiting her during restaurant week so we stopped at Fig and Olive for lunch during our shopping day. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left the service was excellent. I have a gluten sensitivity and the waitress was very accomadating and was able to change the side for the meal I wanted so I could still get the lamb. There were 4 of us my aunt, uncle, sister and myself and we all loved our food. We split 2 appetizers – yellowfin tuna crudo and barrata di bufala, both amazing. My sister had the sparkling hibiscus tea, tuna meatballs, and chicken sandwich which she loved. I had the menton spritz for my drink and it was amazing. For my meal I did the riviera gazpacho and grilled lamb brochette was a 10/10. We split the Basque style cheesecake for dessert and it was phenomenal.

My party of 12 and I went for the NYE dinner menu. 3 course meal of starter, entree, and dessert, and champagne toast. Really delicious food with variety of items on the menu. My personal favorites were the mushroom croquette, assorted sorbet dessert, and king crab spaghetti. I also got the fig and olive drink. Would recommend.

Came here for brunch last weekend and was absolutely blown away by the food! We ordered the tuna carpaccio, fig and olive burger, steak and eggs and lemon pound cake. Everything was incredible and the service was superb. Will absolutely be back. Cutest spot for a brunch date or girls day!

This is the most over priced food for an average experience. First I want to warn people that they charge $9 for water. Further, Everything from their mundane cocktails that sound like a new experience comes out to be average. The appetizers came out a bit bland. The risotto was good. The salmon was cooked well but the flavor was average. They disappointed me by claiming Moroccan spices and it’s just adobo sauce. The deserts were ok.
