Pistols & Scopes Review
This Subway location is one of the worst I’ve ever visited. The owner’s behavior toward customers is offensive and discriminatory, and his attitude makes the entire experience uncomfortable. On top of that, he’s been overcharging on sales tax, which I’ve already reported to San Joaquin County Weights & Measures for investigation.
No customer should be treated unfairly or charged incorrectly. Until corporate steps in, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I recently went here and spent 40 bucks on 2 sandwiches. Only to get home (all of 6 blocks away) and open the sandwich and realize it was disgusting. The vegetables which consisted of spinach, tomato, and peppers were so water logged it made the thing look & feel like a wet diaper. I contacted Subway via email. I received a response from them saying the matter had been resolved. This place didn’t respond to me in any fashion or try to correct the matter. I wouldn’t suggest to a cockroach let alone another person to waste your time in this dump.

I walked in at 12:15p, there wasn’t a car in the parking lot or a customer inside. I was told it would be a minute from the back. (No big deal) a supposed shift manager or lead manager came out, needless to say she wasn’t happy they had one customer apparently. I ordered a sandwich from their menu (trying to make it easy since I was inconveniencing her) she was literally throwing vegetables on my sandwich. Then rudely as I was asking how to enter my info for points, she yells to the only other employee in there to take a break. Yes, at 12:15 when they should probably be the busiest. The bread was ripped in half on the top piece, and what tasted like ceasar dressing was used but the menu stated Ranch. Perhaps that’s why at a busy lunch time they didn’t have any customers. Worst customer service, and the sandwich was disgusting. I won’t be back to this location.

Will not be back! We ordered online and used a promo code that was accepted and I paid online. Once I got to the store to pick my order up I was informed in a very rude way that they don’t accept promo codes there and my order was canceled. The money was already taken out of my bank and it took 3 days to get it back. Shame on you, Ripon Subway! Do better!

me and my friend ordered online, using a BOGO deal, took the worker 15 minutes to tell me they cancelled my order but not my friend’s order. They forgot to cancel my friends order and gave someone else the food and charged us for it. Called the place 12 times today and they will never pick up the phone. Watched the worker ignoring me calling from outside 10 times, then they would just answer the phone but not say anything and walk away so they didn’t have to hear it ring…. Horrible workers and horrible communication.

Every time I come to this Subway there is something wrong. Today they were out of ham and turkey. The employee kept saying just go to the one on the other side of town. Now that explains why, the last time I went there the owner didn’t know how to make a sandwich they had on the list. I gave up and walked out and planned to never go back. Well now I won’t bother with either one. They really need to get their act straightened out. I’m out! They don’t accept their own coupons and the place smells like a sour disgusting moldy towel.

This Subway is so amazing! I came in to get three different sandwiches and three cookies for an event I had that afternoon. The lady who assisted me went above and beyond to help me with my options and quickly make the sandwiches. She was so kind and the sandwiches turned out perfect! Thank you Subway!!

The food is great! I love it so much. It’s such good sandwiches for such low prices. Though i feel like the employees can sometimes act a bit annoyed but they may just of had something bad happen to them. I’m not too sure but overall it’s amazing!
