Finally a proper breakfast sandwich spot in Summit!! (So Far) I’ve tried 3 different breakfast sandwiches and they were phenomenal. Proper portion size, good price, and food was made fast and fresh. Highly Recommended!!!

Absolutely love this new bagel spot in Summit! The bagels are fresh, chewy, and have that perfect crisp on the outside. Their spreads and sandwiches are amazing – I tried the bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, and it was easily the best I’ve had in the area.
But what really makes this place special is the service. Chris, the handsome guy at the register, has the most beautiful smile and is genuinely one of the kindest people you’ll meet. He makes you feel welcome the second you walk in, remembers your order, and always has a positive attitude that brightens your morning. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does.
If you’re looking for a spot with great bagels, a warm atmosphere, and exceptional service, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

I am baffled by these reviews. The bagels are fine. Maybe I don’t understand Montreal style bagels. If you want really big, fluffy bagels you came to the right place. If you want delicious chewy NY style bagels this is not it. Very good service. Really cute and clean inside. Maybe try the eggs?

I’ve been disappointed more often than not. The Rueben I ordered had only a hint of Russian dressing and hardly any sauerkraut. My husband just brought breakfast sandwiches home. He wasn’t asked how he’d like the eggs cooked. In my experience, the default in the NYC area is fried eggs in a breakfast sandwich. However, the cook decided to scramble them, which I hate. So, that’s going in the garbage. I won’t be back.

I wanted to put in an order for our office and it was frustrating. They need to work on their Doordash menu. When you select a dozen bagels, a message pops up saying to select your bagels (for $30), but you cannot select the bagels you want. I had to choose the 1/2 dozen (for $44), I selected my bagels and it was more expensive to order (2) half dozen then 12. Also, I went to order muffins, again a message pops up saying to specify what type of muffins you want, but there is no selection, they’re not even listed on their menu. I went to their website and no muffins listed there either, I was going to add the types I wanted in the notes part of the muffin order.

We love Kettlemans and eat here a few times a week most weeks. There does seem to be a consistent issue with not getting online orders fully correct. More times than not, we are missing the cheese on our egg and cheese sandwiches or get an everything bagel when we order plain. The first few times we let it slide, but it’s clearly a consistent issue at this point. Not going to stop us from ordering here, but would be nice if this could be fixed.

Excellent food and excellent service! I called beforehand to ensure they had jelly before placing an uber eats order – and the person who answered was so nice! They followed the uber eats instructions perfectly. Not every restaurant does that so it was a nice touch. My sandwich was still hot and fresh even after the long uber ride. Best bagel I’ve had in a while – 10/10!

So glad this bagel shop opened in Summit! Just like their Somerset and Bridgewater spots, everything is fresh and delicious. The store looks amazing — super clean and modern. The bagels are top-tier, and the sandwiches never miss. Summit needed this!

This place is mid, the bagels were pretty good but the sandwich meat is dry. If you need to go here get the sausage eggs and cheese.
They need to get new coffee cups, there awful, leaked all over my jeans in my car.

What a place. Solid all around. Great friendly people and the bagels and other food we had were on point. It’s newer but it’s easily on the top of my list in the area. Highly recommend!
