I’ve received food with spoiled dressing now twice. I usually get ranch added to my sandwich and this is the second time I have received ranch that has clearly not been stored properly or is being used past its best by date. You can smell the sour, vinegar smell the second you unwrap the sandwich. If the smell, which would be difficult to ignore while making the sandwich wasn’t enough of an indicator that the item was spoiled, the color should have been. It has a slightly see through/yellow coloring which hopefully shows through in the pictures taken. I hope that management and staff will better address the issue and in the future I will travel to a different location.

In for a late lunch at 1:30. There was a constant line at the counter but not too busy. Staff was friendly and polite. The inside was not really clean. Sticky tables, gunk on the floor and messy chairs.
I really can not blame the staff, I think having more employees would help as there is a constant line of customers with only two employees who are never really able to come out from behind the counter to clean the dining room.
My protein bowl was very good but next time I would have them add the dressing before the meat as the salad in the bottom of the bowl was kind of dry. All the dressing was on the meat. Still a very tasty lunch.

I placed an online order at this Subway location around 4:00 PM, and the confirmation stated it would be ready by 4:25 PM. I arrived at the store at 4:35, expecting the order to be ready or nearly done. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

When I walked in, the employee behind the counter didn’t acknowledge me—no greeting, no “hello,” nothing. I noticed several other customers also standing around, clearly waiting. After a few minutes, I asked if there was a pickup station for online orders. The employee responded, “None of them are done.” I asked how far behind they were, and she simply said, “I’m still working on all of them,” without offering any estimate or explanation.

There was a clear lack of communication throughout the entire visit. No updates, no apologies, and no effort to manage expectations. After waiting another 10 minutes while she finally finished one sandwich, she told another customer she was starting theirs next. She could still not communicate how backed up on her work she was.

At that point, I canceled my order. It was well past the time it should have been ready, and there was no transparency or courtesy offered during the process. I’ve been to this location before and had better experiences—employees at least acknowledged delays and gave honest time estimates. This time was the complete opposite.

The staff member appeared overwhelmed and unequipped to handle the workload alone. She didn’t communicate effectively and didn’t seem to have the efficiency or training expected at a busy fast-food location. I strongly recommend Subway management review staffing and training procedures at this location. One person alone without the skills or support needed, leads to frustrated customers and poor service.

We visited this location for dinner (to go) and we were promptly welcomed by Winston. He was most helpful, friendly and professional. With all the crappy things going on in life right now, it was wonderful to have such a nice conversation with a kind and happy individual. Thank you for taking care of us, this evening, Winston!

As for the store location itself, it was immaculately clean and well managed.

We will visit this location again soon!

Placed an order through the app for delivery. None of the sandwiches were toasted, pizza wasn’t cooked still dough so it was stuck to the box and received the wrong chips. Called to let them know and they said it wasn’t them, but a another location. After calling the other location and looking on the app and receipt it WAS them! Tried calling back from 3 different phone numbers and then no answer. It’s Sunday at 2pm, you’re open!!!

Mangers at this store left this poor girl to fend for herself.. fantastic job on her part.. superwoman ‍♂️..
Running a subway alone is not cool. I got my sandwich made perfect and with a smile… she needed backup for the flow of the store.. accepting packages while trying to wait on a line of customers.. if I had my way.. it would have been her last day.. I would have hired on the spot for more money.. thank you.. but I don’t know if I can handle another visit..

We have a loved one in the hospital and needed to grab a quick bite to eat. We walked into the Subway right across from the hospital and the employee was chewing whatever bite she just took. She didn’t greet us and it was just her & my husband & I. After looking at the menu I asked if Subway sold a sub in a tub? She was like what? I then explained to her that we couldn’t eat bread but would like all the fixing of the sandwich in a bowl. We ordered the Club Sandwiches in a bowl. She then said she didn’t want us to think she was ignoring us BUT she had an online she had to make first. My husband & I are in our 60’s and she kept calling us hun!! Did not care for that at all! Then a gentleman walked in & again it was all about the hun!! Hun did you do this? Hun did you need this? Our bowls were not filled much and the amount of meat was scarce.Looked like a level tablespoon of turkey & roast beef. Not much that’s for sure!! We would have been better off by ordering the sandwich & ditching the bread!! She charged us $18 something. No drinks no chips! Rude employee!! No customers relations at all!! Would not recommend!!
