Ordered carryout curb delivery and it went perfect. Thank you so much. Ordering delivery in Indian head usually takes about 45 minutes. The chicken Alfredo I think should have been cooked a little longer though.

My child ordered delivery today, and the driver refused to hand over the pizza because he wasn’t satisfied with the tip amount. I contacted the manager to report the incident, and his response was concerning—he didn’t seem surprised at all and said, “Oh, is this about the tip?” which made it feel like this behavior wasn’t unusual.
While the manager was apologetic and did resolve the issue, the experience left a bad impression. The staff overall could really use better training and professionalism. This place seriously needs to start hiring employees with Chick-fil-A–level customer service energy.

Started an order on Uber eats with the correct address when it came time for delivery to delivery driver dropped at a different address. I called the store manager Tyrone and he said they are making a new one after I was left on the phone for 20 minutes and called back. I asked him how long it would be until the driver gets to me he said another 40 minutes as the driver has not come back yet. At this point I’m pretty disappointed so I offer to pick up the pizza myself even after tipping on Uber eats app. By the way the app had defaulted to using the store employees to deliver instead of Uber eats drivers. I get to the store after attempting to call the store again while I drive to the store. I arrive and there’s no one there in line or in the parking lot and try to figure out why the long waits on the phone if there’s nobody here. I talked to Tyrone inside asked him what could he do for me for the inconvenience of me using my gas to come up here even though after I paid online and tipped for the driver to come and deliver he said the only thing he can do is cancel the order and re-ring it back up without the tip. That wasn’t worth my time though. I’m very disappointed in this location.

I called this location to ask for pricing on a medium two-topping pizza. The employee told me to check online because they were busy. I explained that I wasn’t able to check online at the moment and asked if they could tell me the price. They repeated that I should check online. When I then asked how much the lava cakes cost, the call was disconnected.
I understand being busy, but hanging up on a customer instead of explaining limitations or offering help was unprofessional. I had to call back and speak with the manager/supervisor because I wasn’t even comfortable placing an order or speaking to the cashier.

Ordered my pizza around 1 today. My text @ 2:02 stated “ Austin” is on the way. My pizza came at 4:08. Can someone explain why it takes over 2 hours to deliver pizza to a house 10 minutes or less away not to mention my undercooked chicken. Took it back thinking I’ll get one remade but no the manager had the nastiest disposition because he is short staffed gave me a refund that he claimed would take 3-5 business days and then no receipt or anything to show proof of a refund. When I asked so no pizza no money no nothing I was told yeah you’ll get a refund in 3-5 business days. What’s worst when I told the manager I have pictures to show how wet the box is from the pizza seating for 2 hours he laughed along with the other workers and said I don’t care and I tell you what dominos it shows. I will drive to Waldorf before I ever spend a dime with this franchise again. Who wants wet pizza?? NO ONE !!!

I ordered two pizzas that are supposed to be $6.99 each for “any” two toppings ordered online. However, when I selected bacon as one of my two toppings, I was charged $7.99. I spoke with the manager on duty after I arrived at the store and he indicated they charge more for certain selections although they publicly advertise something else. To be fair, the pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious. However, this is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISHONEST, AND FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

This dominos store in Bryan’s Road, MD has been our go to for many years, but not this time. They made a mistake and put cheese on one of our pizzas that we requested no cheese due to a dairy allergy. Again we order from this store regularly. I even tipped 15%. I called and spoke to Terron who tried to tell me what I ordered which I knew, and I explained to him it’s the thin crust pizza. He asked which of the three options I wanted. I said I wanted a remake and he stated it would take 30-40 min for delivery. It literally took almost 1.5hours for my remake. Then when I received it, it was burnt in some areas, cold, and about three slices were stuck to the top fold of the box. I don’t know what’s going on but this is absolutely a disgrace. I’ve never had terrible service like this. I will be writing corporate about this also. If you are unhappy with being in a customer service job, please change and do something else, if you cannot, find a way to make the best of it. A customer should not pay for your mistake by receiving horrible service and food that they paid for, on top of giving a tip. This experience made me want to never order from here again after being a paid customer for many years. Save your money, patience, and frustration. Go somewhere else unless they change management and employees.

Do not order from this restaurant! Their delivery drivers are RUDE, ENTITLED, and CLEARLY broke because they take your pizza back to the store if you’re unable to tip. Horrible customer service and horrible people working delivery. Do not give this place your business

I witness employee taking money then going over to the pizza station making pizza without washing his hands! I will not be back to this Dominos! Hand hygiene is important especially if you aren’t wearing gloves!

Today was disappointing. The pizza was just warm and it had way too much sauce. It upset my stomach. I ordered a sandwich, which was hot in spots and warm in others. But what was most concerning is that the sandwich was not sliced in two … but rather it appears to be torn apart. I have never seen that before. It’s a new one. The food is usually REALLY good. And the potential to be great is there. My food arrived 45 minutes after my order, and about 30 minutes after I received the text it was on the way. That 30 minutes may explain why every time we order a pizza delivery, it is never hot. They need to invest in a hotbox that plugs into a cigarette lighter and will keep all the food, especially the pizza, HOT!
