Not saying Domino’s is my favorite pizza, but when we want something cheap and fast it’s our #1 spot. Always a good selection of coupons and discounts. We usually get pickup, and service at this location is excellent and friendly. Store is spotless. I recently screwed up an order due to a problem with the app, and my pizza came out wrong. I spoke to a manager and she readily agreed to remake the pizza (and provided advice to avoid this problem in the future). She was great and definitely earned our continued business.

They forgot the sauce on my deep dish pizza then when I called back to rectify the situation they passed me to three different employees each one questioning me as if I was lying about them forgetting the sauce on my what was supposed to be deep dish pizza. They finally told me they are no longer serving food tonight when in fact they are open for three more hours. It’s one thing to mess up but another thing to lie to the customer. NEVER eating here again.

Last night (10/10/25) the two men (Alex and one other) were making pizzas without wearing gloves. Another young man picked up a fallen “Bread Bite” with his ungloved hand and placed it in the box shortly after scratching his head with his bare hand.

Been ordering here for about a year and 1/2. 1 time problem fixed no major issues. I have 5 children so our orders are larger and it impresses me to get everything.
This time we only got half our order of wings. Right sauces everything else was good but shorted on the wings. When I called to ask I was treated like a thief trying to get over on them.
The manager said everyone here says you got them so I don’t know what to tell you. It was extremely rude. We were ordering 2-3 times a month because everyone gets something they like, which is rare in a large family.
I think in the future my money will be better spent….any where else.

New to the area and super disappointed. Waited 1 hour. My online ordered said 40-55 minutes for delivery. I called after 1 hour to ask for an update. They said they just started and wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes. Do not trust online delivery time estimate. Poor service, should have read reviews before ordering . What pizza place takes over 1.5 hours to make 2 pizzas and deliver to a nearby neighborhood. Canceled my order, will not be trying again.
