Awaiting a meeting, I was told that I was an hour early. Disappointed in my untimely zeal and rather than sit outside in my car, my coffee taste buds led me me to the freeway and a nice drive here. Service was orderly and friendly as I ordered my espresso cappuccino with French Vanilla. Took the scenic ride back around the lakefront. Took some photos along the way.

This dunkin is amazing. The restaurant is clean and is spacious, there are places to sit down in and out of the restaurant. As for the food I haven’t had too much, but the hash browns are amazing and the donuts are also amazing. The little munchkins are my favorites. For drinks you could never go wrong with the coffees and if you want something more sweet try the Mango pineapple refresher, they frequently have a $3 deal and they are also amazing! Overall this Dunkin is great!

I’ve been ordering online at this location for about 5 months. And today I was very disappointed. Not only did my mobile order take a while but everything I ordered today was very nasty. My food tasted like dirty water and my donut was placed in a bag that seemed to be dropped on the wet floor that was being mopped. The smell of the bag and donut was disgusting. The donut was soggy and wet. And the employee still gave it to me. I’m not satisfied with the service I was given today!

Generally good service, and the employees are helpful and efficient. However, maybe don’t order a holiday drink or snack the day they drop, because management apparently doesn’t bother to show their employees where things are, so they can continue to do a great job. Still better than Starbucks for price and speed. #unionize

This place definitely did not deserve any more than 1 star. Food was decent, coffee was bad, and the service was even worse. Waited at the register for 5+ minutes while the store wasn’t busy at all. One employee was on her phone. They ran out of plain bagels and orange juice at 1:00pm. While I went back to get 3 donuts the employee walked away from the register as my spouse said Hi to her. Another employee had to take over. Really disappointed in the service as it was our first time there. Better luck next time.
