(1)So….. let’s start of by saying you were out of French bread? Lol How does that happen. (2) Since you didn’t have French bread, I had to choose something different, which things happen. ( 3) #10 sandwich comes with double beef , lettuce, cheese, tomato, mayo. (4) I asked for extra mayo I got no mayo! I do like your sandwiches but you never ever put mayo on your sandwiches. (5) If you do put mayo on the sandwhich its like a half teaspoon….. (6) Why am I writing this review because the bread was very dry almost stale and once again (no mayo) on my sandwich.(7) It’s just tiring it happens over and over .(8) Wish you guys would do better. (9)Your sandwiches are good when you make them correctly.

My wife and I ordered a sub for each of us on french bread. The bottom of the bread was rock hard. I had to cut mine off to eat my sub otherwise there would have been no way to chew it. Very disappointing and their only solution to the problem was to bring it back so they could make me a new one.

I’m so glad this came to Shawano. Subway is not great and Firehouse is so far away. This was my first time trying it and it was great! The food was fantastic but the service was even better. The cashier helped me get my order figured out and was super patient with me. Then when I got my order, it was slightly messed up (my order was super complicated and it was such a minor problem) but they fixed it right away! Happily too! I definitely recommend Jimmy John’s in Shawano. Remember when any new business is starting out, there’s gonna be bumps in the road. Please be kind and patient with the workers. They take a lot of pride in their work.

Hard bread, extremely crowded. I couldn’t eat my sub because the bread was SO HARD. the staff was rude, the dining room was dirty (the floor). We definitely won’t be returning and sticking to Green Bay for our jimmy johns.

FIRE! I usually didn’t prefer Jimmy Johns because of only serving cold subs but the toasted Cubano is just AMAZING. The workers are super polite, funny, and very enthusiastic, also really fast and well mannered.

As someone who hates mayo, I asked for no mayo. My sandwich was slathered with mayo. What if I had an allergy or something. Also asked for a receipt and checkout said you get it when you pick up your order. Order pick up said I would have had to get it at checkout. I’ve been overcharged at Subway multiple times, so I like to see a receipt. Overall the subs were average. Not sure I’ll go back.

I just went to jimmy johns for the first time in Shawano today! We went through the drive through and our order taker was Aeden and he was so kind! It was most of there first days so my order did get a little messed up but I completely understand, I mean who doesn’t make mistakes? Anyways they corrected the mistake and we got a free cookie for the inconvenience! I highly recommend jimmy johns! Also Aeden was very joyful and that made the experience even better!
