There was a gentleman who worked mornings and I would place my order and he would have it ready and knew my face and it was such a great service experience. I have yet to place my order and it’s ready at the time the app has given me. Suggestion may have that gentleman work mornings so that people can go back to getting their orders ahead of time.

You call THIS a smoothie??? This was the WORST smoothie I ever had. It’s icy on the top and liquidy on the bottom. I’m no smoothie expert, but even I know a good smoothie is the perfect combo of ice and liquid.
Unfortunately my husband was in a rush we couldn’t go back for a refund but this was EMBARRASSING.
Literally the worst smoothie I ever had, this has NO FLAVOR.
Never going back to this location, extremely disappointed.

I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding the recent service experience at this establishment. It seems that there is a new team of employees, and I have noticed that online orders are frequently delayed. Additionally, the store often opens later than scheduled.
There appears to be a lack of proficiency in smoothie preparation, and the level of customer service does not meet previous standards. Furthermore, I have observed that handwashing protocols are not consistently followed after handling the register. These issues have been persistent during my visits, and I believe addressing them could significantly enhance the overall customer experience. Thank you for considering this feedback.

The service has significantly declined since the transition to new management at this establishment. The store consistently opens late, and the smoothies are frequently not prepared in a timely manner. Additionally, the smoothies are often incorrectly made, utilizing minimal ingredients. It is advisable to avoid this location .

I recently visited Smoothie King and had the pleasure of being served by Sid. He expertly crafted my smoothie while smiling the entire time, even though he was the only employee working that day. It was impressive to see how he managed everything with such ease and enthusiasm.
Sid took the time to ask what flavors I liked and recommended the perfect combination, which was absolutely delicious! He even shared how much he loves his job and how he can handle working alone, which made the experience feel even more personal and engaging.
It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and truly enjoys what he does. His enthusiasm for the menu and willingness to share recommendations made my visit memorable.

I absolutely love smoothies and Smoothie King is the one for me. They have so many options. They have dairy free options, such as, almond milk, oat milk, and a vegan protein powder. With the variety of fruits and vegetables they have you have plenty options for substitutions or add-ons. Don’t want sugar substitutes that’s fine too- I often substitute in dates as they are a healthy sweetener option. Download the app and you get so many discounts that I rarely pay full-price. You can also schedule your smoothie pickup for future dates! Also, on Fridays place an order in the app for any 20 oz smoothie and you’ll receive a free size-up to the 32 oz. You can place an order via the app and, Emmanuel, will have the smoothie ready in 15 minutes. He makes the BEST smoothies, always pleasant and promptly has my smoothies ready for me after my morning workouts. He was on a shift change the last couple weeks and my smoothies were never ready for pickup when I placed the order in the app. They even tasted different. Someone promote this man ASAP!

We are sitting in our vehicles and not sure how to cancel my order and need to get on with my day. This is not the first time this has occurred and seems to happen on Wednesdays and Thursdays smh. Unfortunately, I’ll have to start going to the competition because they actually open their store on time and respect and value the time of their customers.

So a friend told me about smoothies king, the nearest one is in Waldorf about 9.5 miles from my home. I was greeted with pleasantries, the staff were very helpful and patient. I got the Coffee HI protein vanilla and Caribbean way strawberry banana smoothies both were good I’ll definitely order again.

**BAD SERVICE !! Went in today and waited 28 minutes for two smoothies! Taliyah took my order at 8:02pm and I didn’t leave their shop till 8:31pm . It was my first time at this location as well and I won’t be coming back! Very disappointed in their service and attention. They only cared about taking care of their closing shift rather than getting customers orders fulfilled .
