I honestly don’t know what people think is great about this place. I’ve tried it twice. The food is pretty average. It’s not bad, but it’s barely warm when they hand it to you. The service is surly at best. The guy inside can’t be bothered to even say hello to you. Would it kill him to crack even a little smile? Geez dude, sorry I bothered you with being a customer. I won’t bother you anymore.

The food was delicious! The food came out quickly, the guys working were very friendly. The prices are very good. I got a burrito, and my partner got a crunch wrap. Both were outstanding. Each bite had really good flavors and you could taste all the ingredients complimenting each other. They cut the crunch wrap in half which made it easier for my partner to save half for later. I had to force myself to eat the burrito slowly, because it was so good I just wanted to inhale it. I highly recommend this spot to anyone.

My wife and I wanted tacos and this was the closest place to us so we came here and were glad we did. Some of the best tacos we’ve ever had. They were good size and the meat tasted great. The Salsas were also very good. We will definitely be coming back.

Everything I’ve had at this terrific food cart is excellent, and the Birriamen (birria ramen) is one of the best things I ever ate. The ramen noodles are topped with a generous portion of tender, gently spiced beef, and a rich, savory broth to match. There’s also a whole stewed mild chile and tiny wedges of lime. So. Good.

Looked up the “Best breakfast burritos in Wilsonville” on Google this morning. Was pointed to Blazing Taco. No signage on the food truck itself but they had sidewalk signs. I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito and was not disappointed. The burrito was REALLY yummy and service was prompt and courteous. I could only eat half of it. The chile verde sauce was exceptional.
I do not know if the owners read their Google reviews or not but they should. Better signage (on the truck), accurate hours of operation (some complaints on that in the reviews) and a small social media presence would launch you guys into the stratosphere. This is a tempest in a teapot.
ABSOLUTELY recommend this food truck! Six stars out of five.

Their breakfast burritos, tacos, birria you really can’t go wrong with any choices ..it’s all so good! Love the hot sauce choices too. Whenever I’m in Wilsonville I look forward to lunch from them.
