Frankly I’ve given this place too many chances because the location is convenient. Their bagels are great, but I have an issue almost every time I come here. They’ve gotten orders very wrong- we’ve received incorrect sandwiches, had missing bagels, and in one case even received a sandwich with ingredients we didn’t order on it that a member of our party was allergic to (luckily we noticed beforehand). They’ve apologized and given us credits, so kudos to them for trying, but you can only get so many orders wrong before it becomes more than just a fluke. After ordering a bagel with cream cheese and receiving this ridiculous excuse for cream cheese, I think we’re finally done. There are better bagel shops in the Baltimore area.

This was the first time I visited the Owings Mills location. It did not disappoint!
A topic of discussion at our table was how the quality of the bagels at THB is far superior than certain national chains. The bagels are never dry and the fillings are plentiful.

Bright and colorful venue with pretty good food, albeit overpriced in my opinion. $26 for 2 bagel sandwiches, an order of home fries and a fountain drink is a lot but at least the food quality was high, even if the home fries were cold. We actually ordered at the counter and a staff member assisted us. She was very friendly and helpful, and when the order came up, the gentlemen who was handling the orders was extremely pleasant.

Love their bagels!! Have had the powerhouse sandwich a few times. I love how you can customize everything about the sandwich. I get my bagels here all the time. They are the best. I order ahead on the app which is very convenient.

This was my first time eating here. The food is good. It is just a little salty for my taste. We ordered 5 begal sandwiches. I had an everything bagel with ham, egg and cheese. My wife and son commented on how salty their bagels were also. Great service and friendly staff.

We’ve patronized the Owings Mills shop since it opened. The bagel are always fresh. That’s where the good ends. After numerous order mistakes we won’t be returning. The kicker was being charged an outrageous amount for lox spread that had no discernible amount of lox and was basically just plain cream cheese. A great little profit center for the owners. In this place you don’t get what you paid for.

Kiosk ordering process The outdoor seating is bright and cheerful. I get the everything bagel with veggie cream cheese cheddar cheese extra toasted with avocado. It was delicious the avocado was perfect no skimping on any of the toppings. I will be coming to THB Owings Mills often. Dont let your guard down I’m always watching and wiring and photographing!

This was my 1st time here. Great food but they seemed to be understaffed. I did go on a Mother’s Day Sunday so it was very busy. It just seemed like they couldnt handle the rush. It took almost 40 minutes to get 2 croissant sandwiches, but it was worth it. The food is delicious .

Absolutely loved the environment. They have a vast menu and coffee options. They have self ordering kiosk and a person to take the order at the register. I ordered a everything bagel turkey sausage egg and cheese plus Asiago bagel with egg and cheese. The food was fresh and hot. The line was a little long but that goes to show the food was good! Definitely recommend
