This place is terrible I ordered my food at 6:15 p.m. on February 26th 2026, and I received my order at 7:50 p.m. (1pizza) almost 2 hours for my food to get delivered to me. I called the store four times and not once ever did I speak to anybody. No one picked up the phone at the store. This is the last time I ordered from this place.

I have no idea why this store is so spiteful. I have given them chance after chance. I’ve talked to corporate about this store because I have literally no idea what else I could do. Every single time I order here, every single order, it comes messed up. I called tonight to get my order fixed but the manager tonight was so rude and wanted to argue and wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say and wouldn’t let me give her the right card number and I’m just over ordering from this location. I’m just gonna pay the extra money to get it from a far away location I don’t care anymore it’s been a year straight I’ve been dealing with these clowns. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!! I have tipped and have been super nice to these people and I’ve gotten nothing but backlash. Now I’m done giving them my business completely. I can’t believe this location is still in business.

Pizza delivered was just barely warm but the order was correct, delivered in a timely manner and the customer service was good. Pizza still tasted good, just would have been much better if warm. We couldn’t re-heat it because we were in the middle of canning cranberry juice.

We called the store, told to select option 2 and it immediately hung up. We tried this multiple times and eventually selected option 3 to place a new order. This put us in contact with someone not at the store and instructed us to select option 5 on the menu. This choice also hung up on us immediately. We are still without food and no way to speak with the store. Do not order from here and pray they are shut down

What a joke! Sends you to a call center to receive the order and take your credit card info. Then the store has no record of the order but the card has been charged. Their advice, dispute it with the credit card company. And then the owner hangs up on me. Horrendous customer service. Seems like a scam

I absolutely appreciate the manager at this store.(although a tad cranky which I understand due to undstaffing and mass orders). I made an error in my order and forgot to post date it for a later time, and it was for my daughter’s birthday. He answered in a very quick time and helped with this no problem!
