So good — top notch bagels and amazing coffee! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a bagel spot. The coffee was delicious too, which is always a bonus. Shoutout to the girl with the pretty light blue mermaid hair — she was seriously the sweetest and made the whole experience even better! ☕

Came in enjoying my morning, left out frustrated and disappointed. I asked for a simple Bagel with peanut butter on it. They gave me the my bagel with the tiniest scoop of peanut butter in a container. I asked if they could put it on the bagel and add more. I was told no because someone has allergies to peanut butter. I then asked for more peanut butter and was told I would have to be charged extra. Some of the staff caught an attitude. Very unprofessional and seemed to not even care or provide a solution. Smh… iv been to every einstein’s in Broward County and this is the only one that has done this. Hopefully the regional manager can talk some sense into the staff and manager. How is the customer inconvenienced due to “someone” else allergies. Terrible, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

My first impression of the store as I walked in was a very good one due to the restaurant being so clean and organized. I was greeted by a very upbeat and super friendly manager, I think her name was Nancy by the way she was amazing! Being that this was my first time there she took her time and walked me through the menu to find something I would like. Once I found something I would like she then prepared my sandwich and coffee. The sandwich was delicious but the coffee was out of this world. I have never gone anywhere else who has made my coffee as good as she did. It was so good I finished it before my sandwich and went to get another one. Due to the staff and the managers upbeat attitude, how clean the store was and how delicious everything was Einsteins will be my new favorite breakfast spot.

Little chaotic this last week. Come here in the morning after school drop off. Sometimes they are busy sometimes slower but this week little understaffed had the wrong items in my sandwich earlier this week and today (Friday) was crazy busy on both ordering side and pick up side. Lines were a little crazy with no one directing so people cutting each other and tension.
I always do online pickup, but they were way behind with people walking out which I don’t understand since they already paid. 1 main guys always great looked like he had a trainee and he needed help but he handled great with what he had.
Got the pretzel bagel sandwich which was pretty good, and always get a six cheese bagel whulich was nice and fresh.
Work on staffing for a Friday morning and accuracy and they will be fine.

Out of all of the Einstein Brothers bagel locations I must say this one deserves top accolades!!! The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the store, the preparation and taste of all the food from their Menu tops the rest!! The managers Trenniece, Dayna and it’s staff members Cota, Devin just to name a few are always happy to serve you! As the first meal of the day, breakfast is not only nutritionally important but crucial in starting your day off, right! My daily morning stop always hits the spot and does it well! Coffee made exactly the way you like it warm or cold always served with a smile and a how are you doing? Daily made bagels and breads are always fresh and taste like heaven. I love their Home made cream cheeses and juices tooo! Thanks to the staff at this location, my days always get the wonderful jump start needed to make it a great one! Thank you for your awesome service and food! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visit this Einstein Bagel once a year and each time I go I am reminded why I don’t go! Service is awful! No was in the store and I waited 10 minutes while the person behind the countered finished their phone conversation, which sounded like a personal call. They even tell the person on the phone, in a bothered tone, ok let me put you on hold cuz there’s people here…really? And this happens every time I come …employees run the show in a way that they don’t care. I have to learn my lesson and stop coming to this location!

I order online from this place atleast 3 times a week. I am allergic to the SHMEAR they put on the sandwich’s and I put NO SHMEAR every time and you guys put it on my sandwich every single time. And I can never eat them and I end up throwing them away. This has happened to me more times than I can count. It’s not rocket science, read the order and you’ll see your doing more work by putting stuff on a sandwich that’s asked to not be there. This place sucks

The food was good, loved the bagel options. The customer service was not very good…very nonchalant. Lemonade was delicious. Website was down so i couldn’t order ahead. Online also showed location was closed, had to call a different location to ensure the one closer to me was open as the staff did not answer the phone. I would try again but just at a different location

I’ve been going to this establishment many times and the bagel sandwiches are prepared properly with a lot of care, which is very rare these days. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed!
