I have been goin to this place for over 20yrs & have never had a bad experience or my order been wrong.Im literally known at this location by certain employees…..I went today & the owner decided he wanted to work today & my order was wrong ,customer service was horrible & it’s safe to say I will never go back again if he is working .Stay behind the scenes because have someone like yourself on front street your guaranteed to loose way a lot more customers than myself.

If you want to waste your time, there’s no better place than Baba’s on Madison and Homan. Average wait times are 15-30+ mins on ALL orders. I don’t recommend this abomination of a restaurant to anyone. You’re better off going anywhere else. Zero stars.

This is the most horrible establishment I have ever been to, the kitchen is very dirty, the food is stale, the staff made me wait for my order for over an hour but I never got it. When I complained, the staff said that it was not their problem and that they would call the police. If you don’t want to get poisoned or ruin your day, never come here!

If I can give an If I can give 100 stars, I would!!! Everything I have ordered from them is delicious. I only do Uber eats but my food always arrive pack well fresh and hot. I’ve ordered the fish sandwich combo, I’ve ordered the Italian beef. I’ve ordered the three piece chicken. All of it was delicious.!!
