I ordered the kids tender meal with fruit and I received two chicken nugget sized tenders and the smallest amount of fruit I’ve ever seen. Paid for a full meal and it looks as if I got someone’s leftovers. They also don’t fill me drink all the way up.

Unfortunately this is not the first time I have been served bad or spoiled food from this location . Paid extra for Avocado and extra chicken and received a salad that looked like the discard bowl from someone cooking as well as the avocado was so passed spoiled and the amount was less then a table spoon . Very disappointing for how much they charge. The last time I ordered a strawberry cup and ate it straight away (they suggest it’s better when it doesn’t sit) and I was shocked to have mushy spoiled strawberries .

I’ve been to this location twice now. Poor experiences both times. It’s just poorly operated. Took about 15 mins to get a single order of kids chicken strips — they just didn’t work on them until the third time we asked. Trash/dishes overflowing in the seating area. Workers standing around. No line. Close to $35 for two salads, a kids chicken strips/fruit cup… needs to be better.

I have always loved zupas, but this was incredibly dishonest. I tapped my card at the digital ordering kiosk, and when I got up to the drive-thru the fellow said he had to run my card again because the reader at the kiosk didn’t work properly.
I thought the price was high, and upon reviewing my receipt I saw that I was charged an extra $0.90 tip for paying at the window. It was automatically added to my total. Incredibly dishonest and I will no longer be giving any Zupas my business.

1st visit: I didn’t get my sandwich in the drive thru, so I went inside and told them. I waited 10 minutes for the sandwich they said they’d bring out. It never came, and I had to go back in line and reorder it.
2nd visit: I ordered a strawberry cup and received three strawberries. That’s not even close to what I paid for.
3rd visit: I ordered two combo meals (salad + sandwich). They told me they ran out of bread, so I asked if the sandwiches could be made on a roll instead. The manager refused. I agreed to replace the sandwiches with soup, but when I received my order, I only got the two soups. When I asked about my salads, I was then told they couldn’t make them because they were missing ingredients. At that point, I requested either a refund or some kind of compensation. The employee said yes, but the manager again said no.
I paid $30 for two salads and two sandwiches, and I ended up with soup I didn’t even want and a salad missing ingredients—with no refund, no replacement, and no attempt to make it right.
After giving this location multiple chances, the service quality and the way management handled the situation are unacceptable. This is extremely frustrating, and I hope it’s addressed.

When you have a tough week. The last thing you want is items from your order to be missing. This happens regularly at this location and I wonder why I keep coming back. This time my roll, cheesy dipper and strawberry was missing from the order along with utensils.

I have had issues time and time again of not receiving part of my order when I pick up, this location needs to get serious about employee training and double checking orders before they go out. It is a waste of time for the customer and the business to fix these orders after the fact.
If you order here, please double check your order(s) thoroughly. They will forget items such as rolls and side of cheese which cost the customer money. And costs the business there reputation.

This is by far my favorite location. The manager Jessica is very friendly and is constantly training young adults. The staff remembers customers and is willing to talk about the menu in detail. I have been given great suggestions of what is good to try. I think the portions and the quality of food is excellent. One time I was unhappy with a topping and they fixed my salad for me. I love that the food is always made fresh.

I have been a huge fan of Zupas for years. There was a point that I ate lunch at Zupas 3 to 5 times a week. When they opened a new location in Bluffdale, I was so excited. Wow, how things change. Their service has gone in the toilet over the last couple of years. Tonight my wife and I went on a date for dinner at your Bluffdale location. What a complete joke! We arrived at 7:50 PM. The tables in the lobby were a mess. No clean tables available. We both ordered salads and soup. They had no lettuce to make the salads. A worker had to go in the back to cut the lettuce. It added a little time, but I was okay with it. Sometimes that happens. We then stood at the soup counter and got ignored. There were eight people behind the counter and no one can dish up the soup? I didn’t realize it required special training. Finally the guy that made our salads stepped over and got the soup. We continued to move down the counter to pay. When they put our food on trays, the girl apologized and said they were out of bread and strawberries. We had just watched another guy dip strawberries one at a time to fill the to go orders that were on the counter. What a train wreck! Terrible service! We will not be eating at this restaurant again.

Completely different food than what Zupas used to offer. No more bread roles which is my girlfriend’s favorite thing to have. They ignore us while there was no one else in line. I asked for a sandwich and salad but he didn’t ask me what kind of sandwich and continued to fill online orders instead. Took 15 minutes to order my food with no one else in line.
