I went 12/16 and was helped by Dan who I have to say is incredibly helpful and nice. The place was clean and not busy. I received my sandwiches in about 5 minutes. I was there and back to work within my 30 minute lunch break.
If you want to keep Quiznos in KC, give them a break. And be patient if you come during lunch rush hour.

After speaking to two different store employees, both who said they would have a manager/owner contact me about the issue. It has been 3 days and no one has contacted me to resolve this and refund the order. I will be escalating to corporate office.

Hate doing this, but I’m upset. Mobile app order for 2 subs and 2 chips. To be ready at 12:01pm on 12/20/2026. It was not busy here, at least not when I showed up. Advised when I walked in at 12:00pm I’m here. Asked at 12:15 are they on my order yet, by chance, please? Took these women a while to talk back and forth. Get order at 12:22, get home to give wife her sub and half her sub is missing. I didnt order a half sub.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing First Visit!
I visited Quiznos for the first time today, and I was blown away by the quality of both the food and the service! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were also super efficient, and the food came out so quickly — everything was fresh and absolutely delicious.
What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. After leaving, I realized I had accidentally left my purse behind with a good amount of money inside. I called the store, and to my surprise, they had kept it safe for over an hour! I was so relieved to know they had taken such great care of my items. It’s rare to experience that level of honesty and responsibility.
I can’t wait to return — this will definitely be my go-to spot from now on. Huge thanks to the amazing team at Quiznos for making my first visit unforgettable!

Lady turned out the lights as I pulled up at 6:10pm on a Sat. The door says open until 7 pm and the app says open until 9 pm. I drove from South KC to get Quiznos, and yet again they are not open.

I absolutely love eating here, the food is wonderful and the staff is always so nice. I just REALLY wish they were open past 7pm. I don’t get off work until 6:30 and it makes it almost impossible to grab some dinner on the way home!

I really love quiznos and have been to this location several times now. The menu is absolutely disappearing. The store is filthy, and the bathrooms don’t lock! How is this store still opened? They can’t even hang signage correctly. It is upside down. The clerks are nice enough, though they aren’t enthused to be there. There is no smile no have a great day, no nothing. All I got was, “Here’s your change. Come on! Who is the manager or owner of this place? How can they let this go on?? The French dip was loaded up with way to much horseradish to the point that I only ate half. The bill for two people was almost $35 the paper towel holder on the front counter probably hasn’t been whipped off with a rag since it was bought, the floors had little bits of trash all over the front lobby! I could continue but I think whoever reads this gets the point!

I order two sandwiches, the cashier charges extra for adding sauce which I requested instead of ranch to chipotle mayo, I noticed the extra charges after I made the payment, I asked why it’s extra charge, she is lost, untrained, very unprofessional, rude, and started yelling at me, I got so upset, decided to cancel my order, she has no idea how to cancel a transaction, I waited and waited, she started yelling when I started recording, I end up calling the police to sort the situation out, I left without sandwiches when made, I asked them to keep it or throw it away because the food never tasted good when gone through all this crap. I urge everyone, please take your business somewhere else, this place is not safe to eat because I left the business without refunds and without my paid sandwiches.
