I love jersey mikes and come often but today was a little disappointing. I went in and placed an order for the hot sub and the kid who took my order did not let anyone know. That’s okay I get it you get busy. I said no tomato’s and visually saw the no tomato on the ticket behind the counter. I finally get my food after the kid told someone it was there. I also heard him say again “no tomato’s”. I get out and back to work and it has tomato’s and mayonnaise which I did not ask for and does not come on the sandwich. Just kind of sucks to pay $10 for a sandwich and not get what you ordered.

Updated March 2024: got a bowl today and there were plenty of toppings and everything was delicious! Great service, very clean inside and everything is fixed fresh, but portions are small and there’s not enough toppings included with your sandwich or tub.

Staff was friendly but the young man waiting on me was waring gloves when I came in. Then with the same gloves, he handled writing utensils and an order pad. Then with the same gloves handled my sandwich… Cutting the meats and cheeses with those same now dirty gloves. My bare bun was also just plopped on the same bare counter where they put papers and pens and money. Pens and paper pads get dropped on the floor all the time and they are super germy. I left due this unsanitary environment with no sandwich. Staff just needs to be trained better regarding the use of gloves and how to prevent the transferring of germs. This is on the manager or training staff, not necessarily the young man waiting on me. People don’t know if you don’t teach them.

27$ two wraps….photos of both of them. So much mayonnaise you could scoop it off with napkins and it’s still unbelievably loaded with it absolutely disgusting. Totally uncalled for. No way anyone can eat anything like that. They forgot bacon on my club too…put the wrong cookies in the bag. Waste of money. Won’t be back.

The flavor of the Philly steak was bland. What little meat that was put on the sub had no taste along with the mushrooms and peppers. For the price which was $18 I was better off getting Steakums at the grocery store and making them myself. At least there would have been more flavor for less cost.

Ordered a turkey ranch something sub that was so disgusting. There was so much extra ranch dressing on it. I took two bites in the car when my son and his fiancé left. I just threw the rest of it out. It was absolutely disgusting prepared. Nobody talked to us about the order. It has so much ranch dressing on it. It was absolutely disgusting. There’s obviously a lack of training there on how to handle customers and handle food prepared. That was the most disgusting thing I’ve ate in quite some time. I will say my son’s sub a regular turkey club was good for him and so is his fiancé’s. But mine was absolutely the most disgusting thing I’ve tasted in years. He took one by it as well and spit it out it was so gross.

Will not return! one of our sandwiches was so full of dressing it had to be thrown out because it was soggy and you couldn’t tastes anything but the dressing and the others had so much melted cheese you couldn’t taste the meat
