Called in my lunch order today and when I pulled up to pick up my food they did not have it prepared and there was a miscommunication with the one who took the call and myself. The manager Dillion jumped right in and took care of the problem. Knowing that I was on time restraints he was apply to complete my order quickly and with great quality. This was the Panera at High Point Commons in Harrisburg, Pa. I just want to thank The manager Dillion for such a great job on keeping a customer happy and I will definitely be coming back to this Panera Bread.

We had a late lunch before heading to the Final Rodeo at the Farm Show. I had a Gift Certificate and to start I was impressed that lunch for 2 was around $22.00. We had the Avocado Bacon Melt and cup of Autumn Squash cream soup. Both delicious but if I were to choose, I loved the soup.
We were given an electronic device to get our food at a window when the device buzzed but because they were not very busy, someone brought it at our table. Thank you!
I noticed most tables were designed to accommodate a wheelchair at the table.
The restaurant was clean, including clean bathroom. An overall good experience!

Bread was so stale it was literally hard. I asked for a fresh piece and was told that the “bread wasn’t made well today” and that they don’t have any non-stale bread to give me. I spent $15 on a meal only to have stale bread. This place is a joke! Save your money.

Horrible. First time here. Ordered a smokey buffalo chicken melt. Got home and the bread crust was hard as a rock and the bread itself was like chewing leather. As you can see in the pics the whole thing was just over cooked. Take some bread, place cheese slice in it and microwave high for 20 minutes (that’s how long it took them to make this sandwich and mac & chz ) and you get this. The cheese was baked hard into the bread.

Went waited 25 or more minutes in the drive thru I know that they don’t sell wheat bread because I learned that over many visits before very rudely I was told then that they don’t carry wheat bread that it’s White Whole grain and if I didn’t want that she could just xcl my order. Thank you for that experience. And now 4 2day I waited for 25 mins. Or more ask for a whole White whole grain tuna fish sandwich and said it more than 2, then get some kind of bread I was not eat. On the bottom of there receipt say, “let us know if your order is not correct.” I go through the drive thru 1st to learn that I can come in (lobby was close note on door) to get the order over. There was a older man blue pole shirt at the counter who put his mask up and said can he help me as I’m explaining to him what happened he then begins to give me unnecessary personality as I got the story out another employee came up and said he would make my sandwich. I told the manager thank you he didn’t reply. I felt like after waiting in that dam 1 way in and no way out drive thru that the 1st rep. Should have said sorry about your wait but nope. Who are training Your representative there

My second time eating at this location. I’m an airline pilot, and I frequent Panera Bread across the US. This Panera is quite and clean. The service was quick and good. I’ve had an enjoyable lunch.

Ordered my food on the app. Food was ready when I arrived. I open my sandwich and there’s 2 slices of turkey on each half and almost no bacon at all. Worse sandwich I’ve ever gotten at a panera.
