Whoa! Been here twice. This is the worst Taco Bell if not worst fast food I’ve had. They forgot an item in my order and the the cantina chicken quesadilla ($6.99) looks like a baby took a small crap in a tortilla. Dissatisfied for sure.

I come through after work around 845-9pm a few time a week and without failure I’m being asked to park and they will bring me out my food… while there are 5-6 cars parked in front of me and the cars behind me being parked as well. I don’t mind waiting but over 20 mins is much.. I feel like this is more than normal For this time of night and with how often it’s kinda of crazy. Not fast food at all. . The most annoying part is my food is cold when I receive it most times.

This is the only drive thru fast food place I’ve been to that when you go through the drive thru you’re asked to pull forward and wait for them to bring your order out. The two times I did this it took 5-10 minutes. The most ridiculous service I’ve encountered. Can’t believe they’re still in business.

Has to be the worst service I have ever seen at a fast food. They think they are clever having people pull around the corner to wait for 10-15 minutes for their drive thru orders so they don’t have the clock showing how long it actually takes. It really never matters how busy they are they always have you wait around the corner. Food is not the worst but definitely not the best either.

This place is always so slow, but I can deal with that. This time it was just ridiculous.
The food is good, but it’s not Fast food and definitely not worth it.
After waiting for 25 minutes for my takeout I asked someone to check on my order. She never came back.
Then when I came up to the register to ask again, I saw the worker take pictures of my order on her phone. As I was explained 35 mins into waiting for my order, someone in the kitchen accidentally deleted my order, but they are working on it right now. They asked me and 2 other customers to be patient, because the woman in the kitchen works on 3 orders at the same time.
Excuse me, it’s not my fault that you’re severely understaffed. How come people that came after me and had smaller orders, as well as drive through orders left well before I did?
Only one person apologized and they never tried to even offer a free drink or anything else to make up for the wait. 45 minutes on a Thursday night wasted. Will not be coming back here.

Hands down the worst KFC/Taco Bell I have ever been to. It used to be good 5-7 years ago but it has been in death spiral for a long time. You can never go to the drive through and get your food at the window. You ALWAYS have to pull around and wait for your food. We went last week and we were told they had NO chicken available. They said they were just breading it and it would be a 20-25 minute wait. 7 or 8 other parties waiting too. The word chicken is in your name. How can you have none ready? The also removed all the menu boards behind the register and you cannot order from a human. Kiosk only. This location should just close.

I do not even know where to start with you guys. We ordered taco bell on door dash, and I can ASSURE you, it is not the dashers fault. Like I guess first off it took you guys over an hour to get out food ready. The food was cold by the time it got here. And not a single item in the order was correct except the drinks, which the ice was completely melted. Of course we disputed it and they redelivered, and we got the food back, but also took an hour for the food to get here again, and while the items were correct, it is like you guys could not even comprehend what no lettuce or tomato or sour cream means. I normally do not leave rude reviews out of respect of other people, but you guys actually suck at your jobs. If it takes you 1 hour to make an order, nit a single item should be wrong, but no you guys just throw whatever in like the customer will be fine. Actual garbage. You guys suck. Never ordering here again. And I highly do not recomend to anyone waiting an hour for their food, to get picked up, and nine if it be right. Pathetic.

I mean it’s essentially what 99% of people are saying, been here multiple times every time there is a massive wait in the drive thru. Every time they tell you to pull around because they are trying to hit their metrics on the drive thru. This time I pulled around and there were 5 cars already pulled around the side waiting. People are literally having to block the fire lane because the other side is already blocked by waiting cars. I get that this place is still here because it’s the only one around, but I seriously wonder how long even that will keep them in business.

I’ve already reviewed this place, and im so appalled I am going out of my way to do it once again. Not only is the service horrible, the wait is ridiculous even with the new kiosk system…well here’s some info for everyone. I wont go speaking on names but a VERRRRY close friend of mine was kind enough to provide me the answers I’ve been asking management ea time I decided to stop at this location.
I go in and there is literally a fist fight in the kitchen, followed up by females arguing with the manager because of internal relationships…not very professional in a family setting, but she tells me that the management is only worried about making some extra bonus money…so instead of a long time at the drive thru window and actually having pressure to prepare our food on time, they make you pull around…if there was a pull of designated area like any other restaurant id understand. All these consistent reviews all because the woman with tattoos wants to profit…I disagree with that completely. The staff isn’t properly trained nor managed. They run amuck swear and yell and ignore and disrespect. That manager whom I’ve just recently been seeing there granted i stopped going for awhile because of prior inconveniences with my food and time…I simply and completely 100% asked some of these questions to that same manager and it was nothing but attitude and poor service, proceeding to tell me its her store she has it under control…well, I dont think we would all have the same distasteful wait time and cold food complaints….storms off speaking in Spanish, oh which may I add…I also speak fluent spanish!!!!
Thankfully they’re ex employee, again “VERY CLOSE TO ME AND TRUST WORTHY” finally shed some light….
Not to mention the good reviews are kept receipts which they have staff. Friends. Etc fake….
Sorry for the rant peeps, I will from now on go OUT of my way to eat a different location. Greed and attitude ruined what 5 or 6 years ago was honestly my favorite stop on my way home from work.
