Multiple times now I order a sandwich with extra bacon and I always leave 10%-20% tip, but every time I order extra bacon they put less than when I do a normal order. This is a scam shop. This is almost every time at this location. Not only do these workers not deserve the tips this store doesnt deserve the business at all.

I always eat here and order on the mobile app and this will be the last time I order from this location. Orders are always late are put on the shelf way after the time that the app says they are ready. Other than that today, I was served stale bread with my Italian sandwich that made it inedible. Waste of money and a waste of time to drive from Elgin to get there. Will definitely be ordering from a different location from now on.

I’m not sure why this location consistently has issues with online orders. You’d think that having everything written out would make it easier and reduce the chances of mistakes, but that hasn’t been the case. Ingredients are frequently left out. For instance, our most recent sandwich was missing the bacon, tomato and lettuce – it came with just meat, cheese, and condiments. It’s disappointing, especially since tomato and shredded lettuce is a standard topping on most subs. This has happened on maybe 80% of our orders at this location.

We always place orders when a fundraiser is connected to our purchase.
Yesterday, we ordered four giant sandwiches. Two were great and two were awful. The awful ones had dry chicken, no sauce, very little veggies and no cheese. I tried to doctor up the sandwiches to make them better and just ended up throwing them away.
$30 on sandwiches wasted! Thanks JM. We won’t be returning.

I love jersey mikes fresh deli meat and ingredients and I love how they support our local schools for fundraisers.
That being said, every time I order online and ask for extra toppings (specifically asking for extra of each topping) I always get the same standard amount. First world problems, yes. But I do ask every time and this part always comes up short on my order.
5 pickles and 5 banana peppers and barely any onions is hardly extra.

Yesterday for dinner, I wanted something light. So, I ordered online a sub and was pleasantly surprised when I looked inside my bag. So I wanted to give a huge thanks to the person who worked on my order. This was very much appreciated, and this is the type of customer service that makes Jersey Mike’s one of the best and why I keep coming back. But sadly, I can’t give the sub itself a 5 star. It seems the quality of the subs did go down a bit after the company got sold to Blackstone a few months ago.

Club Sub is hands down the best! Every time I order it, it hits perfectly especially when the kid with the black curly hair makes it. He always gets everything just right. Great service and even better sandwiches!

The place had no air conditioner working and it was 95 degrees outside. It’s unsanitary to have it so hot where there is food. We had to eat in our car. The soda machine was broken. No soda. Find another Jersey Mikes to go to.

I’ve never had a tuna fish sandwich from Jersey Mike’s that made my stomach hurt so badly. Kudos to the chef for pulling that off. I’m not sure if they put vinaigrette on my sandwich, when I requested not to, but that is usually one of the sources that cause tummy pains.
Never again will I return to this location.
