I would say, if you would like something above a burger (BTW, they offer a variety of hamburgers here also, if that interests you), a french dip sandwich here could be the answer. The prime rib version (they offer other meat options as well) is tender, flavorful, and it comes with a side as well.

First time there but certainly not the last.
I have been missing out on a great sandwich. I got the tri-tip medium and it was excellent. Tender meat and lots of it. Grilled onions and jalapenos. The bread was nice and fresh. I asked for horse radish and it was delicious. The dipping jus and the French fries complimented the sandwich greatly.
Try this place out, you will not be disappointed.

Where do I start?
1. The meat quality was poor – the medium rare “prime rib” was a translucent grey – it’s all tasteless fat
2. The flavor of the meat was poor and the pastrami looked and tasted like bologna
3. The Au Jus came to the table with “floaters” in it and tasted disgusting
4. For a $20 plate, the portion of fries/onion rings was laughable, and they were wet with oil – they use small plates to make it look bigger
5. The amount of meat for a $20 plate was inadequate.
After eating her “Pastrami Dip” sandwich and the 19 French fries that came with it, my dainty 90lb wife was still hungry, so we had a second dinner at the pizza place around the corner.
I’m disappointed in Google Maps Reviews steering me here with a good rating, this is straight up catfishing. No one would want to pay for and eat what we did today. Might be why there were only customers at one other table. Google and this restaurant need to do better.

I had a pretty good experience here. The place was clean and the staff was attentive. I’m not giving it 5 stars though because the French Dip wasn’t what I would expect from a place dedicated to French Dips. It was kind of an average to above average sandwich. The French Fries were really well cooked, and the draft beer list was solid for a small place though.

Loved the Fajitas Dip with garlic fries. The Au ju is great. Hit the spot!! Tried the homemade bread pudding… and not being a big fan of it and the consistency… well it was amazing. It reminded me a little like French Toast. We will be back to try more. Thanks and Happy New Year

Owner Juan was super nice, always refilling drink’s, and checking if we we’re good or needed anything. The food was good and massively bigger than I expected. I’ll be a return customer, because I have to try other items on the menu.

It’s a cute little shop in downtown livermore. The sandwiches sound delicious. I’ve only ordered their garlic fries because the smell fills downtown. The classic garlic fries are pretty good but the fries aren’t greasy enough to make the garlic stick.
If you get the creamy garlic fries either ask for sauce on the side or ask to taste it first! They drown the fries in a weird tasting sauce and I’m not sure if I liked it or not.
It’s quite expensive and the food isn’t THAT great.
