Staff were not friendly, sandwiches were mostly peppers, cookies were blatantly old, charged incorrectly for items ordered.

I ordered a cheesesteak without cheese and received bread with cheese only. It is unclear whether this was a bad joke or an error in preparation; however, this type of mistake presents a serious health risk. While this instance involved a food intolerance rather than a life-threatening allergy, the outcome could have been far more severe for another customer.

Well, one of the women Judy? Was extremely unprofessional while speaking to staff and in front customers, i guess they ran out of bread, no big deal, but Judy was speaking extremely loudly then said “you guys are gonna need to tell the next 5 people that we are out of this bread and if they want to wait two hours then they can sorry not sorry” and the youngest man on the staff apologized for what she saying then she started commanding him around as he was working on someones order to refill the chips on the front even though they were full. Then she made a remark (couldn’t hear what she said) then the young man again said you guys need to calm down. The lady with the pink hair and the young man working were amazing and apologetic for our wait and we’re very kind and respectful.

Went at 1.30pm and was 7th in the queue but was served within 10mins. The sub was made well and everything was fresh, personally I APPRECIATE THIS.

The workers had some kindof chip on their shoulders super rude because I asked to get some buffalo sauce and if I could have my sandwich cut in fourths.. no need for that kindof hostility period.. I wouldn’t come back really bad experience and we stop here all the time

First visit to a jersey mikes. Very pleased with the food quality and overall appearance. Sandwiches were hearty and good flavor. Staff was nice and engaging. Only “complaint” bathroom was dingy-seemed really dated compared to rest of store and the area for the line I felt was cramped and poorly thought out. We were there during a bit of a rush and it just felt we were all crammed together. Overall I would definitely return and most likely get the same sandwich- I had the chicken bacon ranch and it was really delicious. Also even though I could tell some of them were frustrated they all kept their cool and worked their way through the crowd.

And so it begins. The talking heads said quality would drop when Jersey Mikes sold out, but it would be a couple of years. Well it happened fast. There used to be enough meat to choke a horse. Today I had 3 thin slices. And where were my pickles and cheese? Don’t get me started on the lettuce. It used to be shredded, now it’s that big hunky crap you find in a salad mix, with the nasty white hunks that no one wants to eat. To top it off, my chips were stale, there was a hole in the bag. Did you all think that covering the sandwich in mayo & mustard would hide the fact that you cheated out on the meat.

The restaurant is clean and well organized. Menu has good variety. Food prepared quickly and nicely. The service was friendly and efficient. Good value for $. We’ll go back. Highly recommend!
