Family owned and operated Establishment. They have a lot to choose from including shaved ice, fruit drinks made with plenty of fresh fruit that they prepare themselves. It was pretty busy when we went. The whole space was kept clean. We were impressed with the whole experience and will be back. There are also snack options available on the menu. Such as small nachos for $5, an ear or cup of corn, flan a bowl of fresh fruit, and more. The frozen fruit drinks will be a nice treat this summer. They are definitely worth the price They also have a military discount.

We have been here a twice. The first time was about 2 1/2 years ago the most recent was last week. We really really wanted to love it but we were just disappointed and lost $75. In this economy that is a lot of money for a lackluster or poor experience. 1st- it took a long time to get anything other than water and even longer to get our food and it was NOT BUSY I looked at the time we ordered and when we got our plates…47 minutes just sitting there. 2nd- FOOD… the birria tacos were SOGGY like they were rushed when cooking or sat too long, the food was over priced and 3 of our plates came out cold. Not luke warm, but “did they take this from the fridge” COLD. The al pastor taco meat tasted old like they cooked a day or two before. We sent two plates back and they came back still cold at that point we just took the loss and gave up. 3rd- it was over priced for the experience and quality of food, it borderline made us all feel sick. 4th- the atmosphere is great! The look is so well done inside. I wish they had put the same amount of effort into training staff and food quality.

I had no idea the other location closed, and was so happy when I found out they moved to this new one!! It’s amazing. The tacos are the best and the staff is just as wonderful. Best carne asada tacos in central Texas

We went to this place for breakfast after discovering it earlier this year. It was very neat, clean and smelled good. They have a full bar on site and plenty of places for photo opportunities. We were greeted with warm welcomes. Our cashier was very nice, friendly and accommodating. We ordered tacos to go. I had Barbacoa on corn tortillas. It was loaded with cilantro and onions and was quite tasty, but could use a little more seasoning. My daughter had chorizo and egg and bean and cheese on flour tortillas. She said the chorizo was delicious! The bean and cheese was seasoned well, but it was a little concerning that the cheese didn’t melt. It had a great atmosphere and I would love to come back and dine in and also check out the bar. Definitely will recommend!

My brother told me about this restaurant, and my Daughter and I finally made it here. The food was so delicious and the servings were generous and reasonably priced. The Staff was friendly and observant. It is charming inside. There are also T.V.’s on the wall for people who want to watch a show while eating. It is closed Mondays and open the rest of the week and on the weekend. I would check the website in case the hours change. The menu has many items to choose from! We had a serving of Bistec mini-tacos, and an order of beef enchiladas, and an order of cheese enchiladas. There is Tex-Mex, a great selection of tacos, traditional Mexican dishes, cocktails, breakfast items, hamburgers, and much more! I would like to try the shaved ice while enjoying the outdoor seating area when the weather gets warmer. It was wonderful!

She was attentive from start to finish, always checking in at the right moments without ever being intrusive. So my family of four went here to eat and ordered an appetizer and 1 meal each (4 meals) one of which was a bowl of Birria noodles soup- three of our meals came out before the appetizer and the LAST LAST MEAL that came out was the dang on soup from Walmart that goes in the microwave- when we address the issue they were extremely sorry- but while I appreciate their apology it doesn’t void the experience… we won’t be back- as you see the noodles are all that are left on the table because everyone else has eaten and the table has been cleaned of our plates- other than what should be the fastest meal order.

My husband and I tried Erik’s for the first time for lunch and we are definitely going back!! The food was amazing and we realized what we had been missing from other Mexican restaurants we have been going to. The food is extremely fresh and over-the-top TASTY!! We had the avocado salad for an appetizer and the Mini tacos and Erik’s asada huarache! DELICIOUS!! This will be our go to place from now on!!

Just had an amazing experience at Eric Ito Frutaria with my family! The place was great, but what really made it special was our server Madison. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a big smile and treated us like we were family. Super friendly, patient, and on point with everything. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she’s serving.
