The wait is horrible. So bad. The worst I’ve ever been in.
They do great on food though. Burger King sucks. This location is tasty. The service and spent 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front. We just drove off and didn’t want anything.
If this place had good service and more employees it would succeed. The owner doesn’t care. Maybe Wenspoke can buy this, burn it down, and build a Wendys.

I had to use this place BK restrooms because I had been holding it for a long time in the car waiting on my boyfriend to return from doing a mechanic job. I ran into this BK establishment and they were very nice to me but told me that they couldn’t let me go unless I purchased something off the menu. The manager said it is this way everywhere around here. At first I became angry and started to cry and say that I just cannot hold it anymore. But here is the reason why I recommend this BK above all others!! Her response to me wasn’t one of anger or rudness towards me. It was a helpful caring “what can I do to make this situation de-escalate?” So, polightly she said, as she took a step or two back, in order to gain some distance between us, “Do you have just a little bit of spare change?” “Yes, I do in my car console.” “Great! why, don’t you go give that to me and I will unlock the “Women’s Restroom” door for you. While I was in the restroom I just had to sit and cry hard like a baby about everything that had happened that day. It was all too much! So, every January 10th watch everything you do and say and people are most likely not real. Maybe even you are not real also! I found a dollar bill in the front of my purse, so I gave it to the manager and I told her thank you so much, you have no idea how much it means to have good management that can handle situations the right way without being harsh and rude. You deserve to have a raise in your salary or hourly! Thank you so much again, Heather

The fact you cannot use rewards or codes for at least 6 weeks is not good business! To tell me “our register can’t connect” sure sounds like “this is our way of NOT participating in the rewards program.
Service is slow and pretty confident last 2 times I stopped, the fries were double dunked(old fries put in hot grease to “freshen up”) and not fresh fries.
Due to the rewards and my travel, I hit BK on a regular basis and the Blair store consistently is one of the worst overall stores for quality and service.

Long wait times, messy assembly of ingredients and a customer service experience that will leave you without an appetite. On multiple occasions have had to deal with horrible customer service. McDonald’s across the street is your go to if you’re deciding to eat here.

Trying my best to clean this place up with the time I have while also keeping the food of the highest quality.

I’m giving two stars instead of only one because the gentleman who took my money and gave me my order was extremely friendly, but the food I got was gross.
My breakfast sandwiches were obviously microwaved in the wrapper…. Microwaved to scalding hot and to the place where the cheese was almost non-existent because it had melted away… I also lost half of both of my croissants in the wrapper because they were steam glued to it. So I had messy scalding hot sandwiches that we’re shredded apart when I opened them and also tasted like plastic. Pretty disappointing.

Waited 20 minutes in drive through with only two cars in front of me. Got to the speaker only to be told to hang on because the guy taking the order needed a moment??? Finally placed my order and arrived at the window with four cars behind me yet. Just to hear the drive through worker and a kitchen worker cussing at each other. Buns were stale, fries were burnt and pop tasted like carbonated water. Also the appearance should scare anyone away. Yard not kept, weeds all the way up to the drive up window. I finally got out of the drive through 40 minutes later!! Unacceptable!! I want a managers number to call because I don’t think out of the two employees there that they were the manager. Do better! Have some pride where you work! And definitely move faster!!! It’s called FAST FOOD!!
