I placed an order at Wendy’s a couple days ago and it was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. There was a woman who helped me gave me a serious attitude for no reason. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she wasn’t available.
This location clearly needs better management and proper customer service training. I won’t be returning unless major improvements are made. I will be contacting corporate.

We stopped here to eat and it’s a typical Wendy’s. Nothing out of the ordinary. So you’ll get what you expect.
Staff is friendly.
The only issue is that the entranceway door has a very bad odor inside the entry area. They really need to deal with that. And maybe pave the park a lot cuz it’s totally destroyed.

It’s midnight, and I’m tired of them always giving me two separate orders in the same bag. I always ask for them in separate bags. There’s a girl there who’s always rude to people; they should find another job if they don’t like serving customers.

Blanca has the worst customer service. They bathed my sausage egg and cheese English muffin in oil. Liquid butter they called it. It was so much it was leaking out my sandwich wrap. I went back with it and Blanca started yelling that it’s my sandwich and it comes with butter and there is nothing to do, she said if I want she will give me dry bread and I can replace the buns myself . I mean wow!

This Wendy’s was pretty good and they served the food really fast. Big spacious parking lot and big inside for people to eat. The bathroom could use some work though. On the other hand I would recommend it.

On 12/19/23 @ 5:00pm, receipt#3236, purchased a $5 baggie because the Wendy’s coupon forces one to in order to get the Kid’s Mel for $1.99. Gave the young lady the coupon & she charged me $4.89. Fries were cold but I got a new one.Got home checked the receipt, called 4X but no one answered the phone!!!
