This is a great place for a fun evening. The food is terrific and perfectly matched with the finest variety of brews in the northwest area.

Great eats, it is a sports bar for sure, from the florescent lighting to the TVs broadcasting sports anywhere you look. Solid beer selection and the food was spot on pub grub.

Okay… My wife convinced me to get dinner at Bambei Brewery. I believe brewery’s generally have over priced low quality food that is mostly of the frozen reheated variety. I was thoroughly impressed with the food here at Bambei! Both my wife and I had audible “wows”, and “wait what!?”. The food was well priced and the servings were perfect. The quality was on another level. The burger I had was perfect and had the crunch I love. I highly recommend getting food here and will definitely be back with friends.

Just a classic, local, cozy brewpub but with the added benefit of a full kitchen with some pretty tasty food.
Selection of beers is a little bit light but they do have three or four outside beers that they rotate. Very quiet at lunch time on the weekends, so not a bad time to go.

Popped in for a beer, burger and some tots. They were all delicious. The burgers are smash style, which where great for that style. The tots were hot and crispy. The beer was also very delicious. I had an ESB and something very hoppy.
The thing that prevents me from giving them that extra star is the lighting. Their main lights have the ambiance of a DMV. Bright, overhead, cold lighting that makes it feel a bit sterile. Looking over at the beer vats, the lighting was warm, dimmed and even a bit sexy. I really wanted to sit over there.

This place is not close to our house but we drove up to meet our daughter who lives in Boulder. The beer was super delish. The bar itself was great- in particular it did not have that overwhelming funk that a lot of breweries have. It smelled nicely of brewing beer!
The totchos and wings were great! The burgers were ok- the patties were clearly frozen patties and there was two per burger. Personally I would havd much preferred one fresh burger rather than two very mid ones. Toppings on burgers were good!
Definitely worth a visit!

If you are looking for a one of a kind experience, this restaurant is for you. If you want that one of a kind experience to be positive, you should definitely choose another location. After finishing another busy, yet productive day in the office, I look forward to a meal to relax with my friends, free of any atmospheric science chatter. This is not the case. Instead, this restaurant has decided that the entire customer base should hear about the current state of atmospheric research (and the impact on traffic events) at NCAR. While this might be valuable information for some, it should not override my friendly conversation and over dinner. I was told to “keep my voice down” by the manager. This is a direct violation of my 1st amendment rights (I think, not sure familiar with the constitution). Anyways, this would’ve been a very average experience if it wasn’t for the suppression of my normal level conversation. The service was fine, the food was fine, beer is a 5 when they have everything on the menu. But the unsuspecting attack by the atmospheric scientists was unsolicited and overwhelming, especially after a long stressful day at the office.
If you are an avid atmospheric scientist this is the restaurant for you. The restaurant manager does a really great job of silencing normal conversations to make sure the unsolicited NCAR panel can be heard by everyone, even people that just want to enjoy a casual, Tuesday meal. What better place to send a panel of smart, clever scientists than a small restaurant in superior! Hopefully the beer will detract your attention from the NCAR scientists that no one asked for. On a more serious note, please consider reserving the whole restaurant or thinking twice before bringing in an NCAR presentation. It can be hurtful to those who want to catch up with old friends and enjoy a drink. My brother in law with the hearing aid almost had his head explode. Wish I had taken a picture to share – this really happened.

Nice patio with lots of shade. Decent beer, but nothing that blew my mind.
I had a very large smashburger, a 2x4oz double patty monstrosity with a garlic mayo. The patties were heavily seasoned, in the edge of being too much. It came with altogether too many fries, which were covered in something green.
The chicken caprese was, sadly, not as great. A bit lackluster, particular compared to the massive burger.

Good energy. Fine food (salty!) & beer (half their own house beers and half guest taps.) Staff young, smiley, and always circulating which is awesome. Problem with this system is that you get repeatedly asked if you want to close out even when you have full beers and plates in front of you. After three visits, I think that’s just how it goes. Happy Superior has a brew pub- we’ll see what happens with it in the future!
