My family and I just stopped in here before the holidays. Even though the place was busy and they were understaffed, we were able to get really good food and pretty quickly as well.
We loved their hot honey Hawaiian pizza, their Mediterranean pizza, and tons of small custom pizza for the kids. We also loved their soft pretzels, salads, and drinks. They also have ♿ handicap accessible seating, restrooms, and ️ parking.

Food and beer was good there was a great outdoor area. However they didnt serve wings so we got some togo wings from next door and were told we needed to leave because we brought in food. The owner/manager? was rude in how he approached us and was not pleasent. I could understand if they served wings, but they dont.
We were patrons, had ordered an app, pizza, beer and flight with an open tab to buy beers for the rest of the crew but left instead with beer unfinished.

Just tried The Mad Platter Pizza for the first time, and wow—hands down the best pizza I’ve had in the area! Don’t let the fact that it’s run out of a food truck fool you—the flavor, quality, and freshness rival any brick-and-mortar spot. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Can’t wait for them to open their permanent location in July… I’ll definitely be a regular. Highly recommend giving them a try if you haven’t already!

The food was excellent and staff were friendly. There is no table service so keep that in mind. You must order at the counter or bar. The BBQ boss flatbread was outstanding.

When you run up on a place in the mountains, you’re not sure the reception you’re going to get. Everyone was warm and friendly and it was a delightful experience with a great menu. We had a type of pizza I never would have expected to find in the mountains made from Cajun sausage and it was delicious. I hope to get to go back if we go back to the city that it was in because it was fantastic and a great experience. All of the pizza features were really unique.

We frequent The Mad Hatter often. The food is delicious. I recommend the pizza flat bread. The service is top notch. We also really enjoy listening to live music. Hance and Amy have been bringing great music with a mix of genres. You won’t be disappointed. The remodel is really beautiful. Great job and props to you and your staff

First time trying this place. Some of the best pizza we have had in WNC! Atmosphere is great and the prices are very reasonable. We had a party of 13 and the staff was very accommodating. This will definitely become a place we frequent often. Service was great and the food arrived very fast.

Enjoyed the live music, beverage selection and food!! One of the owners gave great drink recommendations and though we didn’t get the pizza it looked amazing. Look forward to going back again when we are up in the area.
