First time visiting East Blue Sushi and overall it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and has a nice quiet atmosphere. We arrived Friday evening before 6pm and were greeted and seated right away. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable and explained the “2 rolls per order” rule, which makes sense to help reduce waste.

The sushi rolls and sashimi were fresh and definitely the highlight. If you visit, I recommend sticking with the rolls and sashimi.

One thing to note — the poke salad is not Hawaiian-style poke. It’s more of a mix of fish on a bed of greens with no sauce, so just something to be aware of if you’re expecting traditional island poke.

We also tried the tempura and miso soup, which weren’t our favorites. The tempura batter was different from what we’re used to, and the miso soup tasted more like a packet-style soup rather than fresh tofu miso.

Overall it’s a good spot and worth trying, especially if you’re looking for a quiet place with fresh sushi.

I had dinner with my boyfriend here on a Friday night. It wasn’t too crowded when we arrived, but by the time we left, a few parties were waiting. The staff was fast, friendly, and efficient. Our waiter was helpful and offered great menu suggestions. The food was fresh and delicious—they definitely didn’t skimp on ingredients. Some sushi spots overdo it with the rice and avocado and skimp on the seafood, but that wasn’t the case here. There is a limit to how many rolls you can order at a time, but I think this helps reduce waste. Our waiter always returned just as we finished a roll, perfectly timing our next order. We’ll definitely be coming back to try more rolls and nigiri.

Great experience at East Blue Sushi! Ariana provided amazing service from beginning to end and was so friendly and attentive. The appetizers were delicious, especially the gyoza and crab rangoons, and the Barbie roll (I forgot the full name) was so good. They also have a great alcohol selection. I’ll definitely be back!

Date night with my wife because she wanted sushi and I wanted to try this AYCE spot that’s not too far from the house. This spot was the old IHOP in front of the Rolling Oaks Mall. When you walk in the entrance still resemble the IHOP layout but that’s where it ends. The decor is very tasteful and very cute and cozy. We were greeted by the friendly staff and sat us down very quickly for a Friday night. This place doesn’t have a full bar but their cocktails are well done and heavy handed but very tasty! As for the food, this surprised me the most. I recently went to and pretty well known AYCE Sushi spot and was mediocre. But I guess my bar was set too high? Not until this experience. I started off with whitefish and it tasted so good I want more and made me a want to explore their offerings. I went with the mussels which was a bit heavy on the sauce but still very good. I also have to mention that the food all came out fresh. Especially the cooked dishes like the gyoza and combo fried rice. The sushi was indeed the star of the show for me. The combination of flavors they had with their rolls are very well done. I mean it’s not all stuffed with cream cheese or covered and soaked with some sort of mayo or spicy tuna. Everything was well seasoned and tasted wonderful. I will want to come backand try more Sushi rolls!

We went on a Tuesday night, not too crowded. Service was good, kept the water glass full. Like the idea that you can order so much sushi at a time. And this keep the table clear and not so clutter with so many plates. At other AYCE sushi, I’ve seen people order so much sushi and not realize how many pieces are on a plate. The tuna and salmon sashimi are not cut too thick, just the right size. The eel cucumber roll had some bones. Eel have a lot of bones, so always be careful. For dessert, notice that they have fried banana, fried Oreo, and to my surprise they have Affogato! Having affogato for dinner, I’m not going to be able to goto sleep. Will definitely get the affogato when we stop by for lunch. The baked mussels are very good! For those people who does not like raw fish. They have cooked food ie: orange chicken, Mongolian beef, coconut shrimp, chicken katsu. They even have fried rice and lo mein! We are too much sushi and no room for dessert. Next time, think I’ll start with the affogato first.

An upbeat modern sushi restaurant with an abundance of options to choose from. The server brings your choices to the table. The shrimp fried rice was white rice with 2 boiled shrimp with purple onions. So I told the waiter and they replaced it with real shrimp fried rice. We also tried the teriyaki & the orange chicken, salmon and shrimp. The Afogato dessert is like tiramisu.

Me and my husband LOVE sushi. We love all you can eat sushi even more. We have our go to place but a friend of ours mentioned East Blue had just opened. Saying that we were astonished at the amazing service, wonderful caring staff, and delicious food is the understatement of the year. I wish I had proper words to describe the fun atmosphere and the amazing food but you will just have to visit East Blue yourself! Will absolutely be back!

Delicious! The quail egg shooter was surprisingly so flavorful. Everything had great flavor! The orange chicken was good as well, more breading than I’d like but still tasted great. The fried rice was great as well. Along with the affogato for the dessert!

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Outstanding Experience at East Blue Sushi!**

East Blue Sushi absolutely deserves all the praise! From the moment I walked in, everything was clean, inviting, and welcoming. The staff were fast, friendly, and made the whole dining experience feel effortless and enjoyable.

The food was *incredible* — beautifully presented, fresh, and bursting with flavor. I tried several rolls and appetizers, but my favorites were the **Angel Maki**, **Phoenix Roll**, and **Shrimp Lover Roll** — each one a perfect balance of texture and taste. The **Coconut Shrimp** was another standout: crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.

Every bite showed attention to detail and top-quality ingredients. East Blue Sushi has definitely become one of my go-to spots for amazing sushi and excellent service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and a great experience!

Its been 4 years since I’ve had sushi that reminds me of home, East Blue Sushi brings a new taste to Texas that you will love, take your time on the rolls, as the presentation is great and made with time, taking about time…service can be better, we went during rush hour. No table was empty. So I do understand the wait, but… it did take a while to get food amd drinks. But with time and patience, just a small hiccup that can be fixed.

Take the family, enjoy the great food. You won’t regret it
