I’ve been getting the collard greens and today when I looked at them they looked different. Not as oily and colorful. When I tasted it I could definitely taste the difference as well. The greens were okay but not as good as they were the times before.
The portion of greens seems to get smaller each time I come back. This is my 4th time buying and today there are like 3 small pieces of chicken. 2 small drums like drummettes and one very small full wing. I think for the price the portions of this particular meal should be bigger. Maybe someone else cooked the food today this time with their own recipe. I don’t know but it definitely tastes different today.
I will give them one more try and I hope when I order again whoever was cooking the greens before is back and the portions are larger and the chicken has some meat on the bones. If you’re going to charge me, charge me for what I’m actually paying for. Today wasn’t good!

I had FuFu and Liberian GB soup from this place today and it is the best thing I have ever had in my life!!!! My daughter had attieke with plantains and fish and I have never had fish this good! Everything is so fresh and authentic! Baby! I am definitely going to be a regular.

The food was absolutely fantastic, the fufu & soup and Jollof rice were outstanding. The seating area was impeccably clean and the decor is very nice. 10/10, I’ve already made plans to go there again.

The food is freshly made and truly authentic West African cuisine. We were 7 people and wanted to taste a variety of dishes so we choose 4 and asked for them to be served family style. The portions are huge; well worth the price! We even had some leftovers. It is also a BYOB. Can’t wait to go back!

Our first time trying west African food and a great place to discover!!! The folks were warm and friendly who helped us decide on our food. When our delicious meal came they explained it and how to create it. An amazing meal and experience!!

Heard about this spot from one of my customers and it did not disappoint! Jah explained the different meals to us and gave us a lot of great insight on Liberian cuisine. The restaurant was very nice inside and clean. We took the food to go this time but will probably dine in next time. Definitely have to try the goat soup with fufu and the cassava leaf with rice 10/10. The ginger beer and Bissap juice was made fresh in house and was very refreshing!

I was cruising by on my Saturday adventure and couldn’t resist stopping to check out the menu – curiosity (and hunger) got the best of me! Since I’m new to this cuisine, I had a ton of questions, and the staff answered them all with a smile. I ended up ordering rice, chicken, and plantains… and wow, my taste buds are still dancing! Heads up – that pepper sauce? It’s not playing around; think habanero-level heat! I’m already plotting my return for the okra stew.
