Very very poor service going thru Drive thru. 30 min in line with only 2 vehicles ahead of me. That was to pull up to the speaker. Then another 10 min. Then was pulled to wait for 2 pot pies for another 20 min. 1 hour to get order thru drive thru. Ps I’m still waiting.

Very very horrible customer service she said I can not place a order through phone since they close register at 9:30 cause they want to make sure they are out by 10 pm but how is that if they close at 10 pm I need to contact corporate and let them know they deny service because they want to be leave by 10 pm

I went there and had the worst customer service I went there and paid and had to grab some change out of my car and they were absolutely rude about it I got the food and see that the macaroni was absolutely terrible it’s was more of a liquid drink than food, they didn’t even give us silverware and I had to wait at the counter forever just to get any, there were no interactions no greetings the atmosphere and place was terrible, highly wouldn’t recommend going there

The workers are friendly and food is good,, unfortunately we will not be returning to this location as there was a sharp bone in my handicap sons pot pie,, this is the Third time thus has happened at this location. I cannot risk his life eating there anymore, he can’t chew so that was all he can eat there….Be Aware & Be Cautious when feeding Pot Pies to your babies!!!

Two visits in a row have been horrible. Food was lousy. Chicken was bloody. Service was terrible and the store manager was a smart ass. Plus a 45 min wait for chicken was informed to us after we had already been waiting 15 mins.
