This Thai restaurant has a really beautiful interior design. The space is stylish and thoughtfully decorated, and even the ladies’ room is clean and pretty, which I always appreciate.
The food is excellent, with great flavor and very nice presentation. Each dish looks as good as it tastes, and you can tell care was put into both the cooking and plating.
The waiter was also very attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful place with great atmosphere, delicious food, and good service. I would definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful anniversary here! We tried the Valentine’s Day special menu, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. Our server, Jonathan, was amazing as well — he even added a “Happy 10th Anniversary” message on our dessert, which made the evening extra special. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

They have outdoor seating, but it was super packed when I went (Saturday night), so I’d suggest calling ahead or making a reservation. We tried the beef salad, crab fried rice, panang curry, pad woon sen, tom yum fried rice, deep-fried filleted fish (the first one on the menu—I can’t remember the name), and tom kha gai soup. Everything was good except the pad woon sen, which was a huge fail. I’ve had pad woon sen at a bunch of different Thai places; it’s one of my faves, but I wouldn’t get it here. The server was really nice to my kids. They have a full bar, which is cool for a date night, but not great for a weekend since it’s super loud. I love that their menu has food pictures and the decor is beautiful. I totally recommend it and will definitely be back.

We stopped by Charm to grab some Thai food on our way home and really enjoyed it. The restaurant was clean, well lit, and had a great ambiance. Service was good, and the food was amazing. We ordered the mango curry and green curry—both were very tasty. The pricing was exactly what I expected: not expensive, not cheap, just right. Would definitely come back.

I order from here a lot! Their food is always fresh and one of the better Thai restaurants I’ve found in all of Houston but they are very inconsistent. I order similar orders every time and despite ordering the same thing the spice level and ingredients vary greatly. Today my dish which typically causes my tongue to tingle because it’s so spicy literally tasted like I was eating a stack of Saltine crackers! There was no flavor or spice to it whatsoever. Sometimes the cashew dish comes with 3 cashews in it and other times 30. I like this place but they really need to focus on consistency. It’s like spinning the wheel every time you order.

I’ve visited over 75 Thai Restaurants across the country. Charm is in my top 5 or 10 of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever eaten based on the Curry dishes alone, notably the Massaman and Mango Curry.
The food was fantastic, rich in flavor and good size portions. The service is exceptional and the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home.

First, the restaurant has a beautiful interior, very stylish and inviting. Shout-out to our waitress Kaylee — she was super friendly and attentive, which made our visit more pleasant.
Here’s what we ordered:
• Crab Fried Rice – Unfortunately, it was lacking authentic Thai flavors and taste so sweet.
• Pad Kee Maw – Tasted good and had plenty of vegetables, but there weren’t enough noodles compared to the veggies.
• Crab Rangoon – Delicious! One of the highlights of the meal.
• Roti & Curry – The roti was flaky and very tasty, but the curry was sweeter than expected. I was hoping for more spice and depth of flavor.
• Kids Meal (Chicken Tenders & Fries) – The kids loved it.
Overall, it’s a decent spot with great ambiance and friendly service, but some dishes didn’t quite meet our expectations in terms of authentic Thai flavor. 3 out of 5 stars.

I love this place so much. One of our go to spots and has the best Thai food. Order anything, it’s all good. Some favorites are the Kua Gai, the Thai chicken wings, and today I got Pad See Ew. The Thai iced tea is a must. Caleb took great care of us!
