I eat here every time I’m in town. Their homemade chicken noodle soup is the best I’ve ever had. The shrimp and grits is the best my husband ever ate. The staff is friendly and Attentive. The atmosphere is bright and clean.

Wow, this place was really good. I was unprepared for how tasty the food would be. You look at the menu, and you think, OK, diner food. Actually, no. I had the meatloaf balls and chop steak. The meatloaf balls were served on mashed potatoes and were AWESOME. So flavorful and seemingly homemade, as were the potatoes. The next super standout were the breakfast potatoes. These were another home run – a lot better than what you’ll get in most places. The service was great and it seems the owner is in the back cooking. Finally, the prices here are incredibly reasonable. Just go!

Food is incredible. Everything from Mexican staples to Greek gyros and Italian homemade gnocchi have been phenomenal each time we have come in. Service is always great and prices are too low if anything. This is 10/10 cuisine even for somewhere like Tampa or St. Pete and we’re blessed enough to have it right here on east bay. This is a MUST try.

Wow Another Local spot delivering down home delicious food.This place blew us away starting with the friendly staff and topping it off with the hot and extremely fresh food. Our waitress Brooke was amazing she made sure we were taken care of and totally enjoyed her service. These Mom and pop family resteraunts are hard to find and i’m soo happy we found this place.. 10 out of 10 stars

Checked out Rizo’s Cuisine for the first time today and it was excellent!! We were seated with no wait which was nice. Our server, Trish was very efficient and friendly to have wait on us!! Food was excellent, plating was on point, and food flavors were great!!! The carrot cake was delicious and was told it is made in house!!! Entire restaurant is so clean and spotless looking which was also impressive!! Definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to trying more dishes on their extensive menu!!!

My mom and I went there for brunch today, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly sweet where it needed to be. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, and the service was attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better. I can’t wait to go back and try their dinner!

The restaurant is cute and clean. Staff was all very nice. We each had one of the steak dinners and were disappointed. The sides were all really good but each steak was very chewy. We ordered Medium and both got med rare which was fine but the meat is not tender, and very stringy like.
Overall I would be willing to go back and try other dishes.

Good vibes and great food.
This place is has a good time feel as soon as you walk in. The food is always delicious and unique in its presentation. I’ve been working my way through the menu and it never disappoints with whatever new choice I try. Everything here is homemade, and that includes their amazing desserts. To top it off, it’s all reasonably priced. So glad to have found this place!

First time here! Delicious! I had the shrimp and grits and it was to die for the flavor alone was impeccable. The bacon was so crispy! My friend had the quesobirria and she ate it quicker than I could take a picture. Then I said my birthday was this weekend and they walked out with homemade bread pudding that tastes like home. Coming here over and over. Amazing service as well.
