I love this new location. Plenty of parking. Seating outside. And the inside is very modern. Lots of seating. Chairs, with tables, bench seats. A nice offering of a different variety of starbucks merchandise and bagged coffees. They have a variety of pasteries and cold food options. The employees are super nice and attentive to the customers. The restroom was super clean. Hand washing was located outside of the toilet room, which was different. But nice and clean. Would definitely frequent this location. It is very easy to get into from the highway. Highly recommend for a Starbucks fix. Today, we ordered the carmel matcha frap and a matcha-lavender. Soooo good!

I have been attending this Starbucks for the past 7 months since moving from the Bremerton area and I have nothing but great things to say. Since starting college, this is where I come and sit for hours attending my classes and do work! Staff always make sure I am taken care of; from asking to refilling my drink to checking up on how my day has been/or how my classes are going. Special shoutout to Becca, Carter, Hailey, Anne, and Andrew! Thanks to their bubbly personalities and welcoming aura, matching mine, I am always looking forward to each visit!

In the last decade I have likely been to over a hundred Starbucks locations – this one trumps them all! I travel a lot and make a point to stop here when in town. Weeks can go by and the staff remember my name. There is not a single person employed here that does not make me feel welcome and appreciated. And although difficult to only name one person when there are so many smiling faces I appreciate, Becca goes out of her way to make me feel special. In a world where human connection is becoming increasingly challenging, I sincerely appreciate the entire staff at this store. Whatever magic the local management is performing here…the rest of the retail world can learn from.

I just wanted to add a review as we come here frequently due to my commute, and I’ve made it my go to Starbucks here in Yelm.
Everyone here has always been so friendly warm and personable, I never feel rushed or lacking in genuine conversation, as well as never having an incomplete or incorrect order.
Of course, now we love coming to see Yelm’s “Tom Turkey” and friends; and it’s very fun. But most importantly the partners here are friendly, and I see some new people are training but others seem very quick to help.
Particularly, the girl in Doug Dobbins’ google photo with the dark hair(sorry I didn’t get her name!) was particularly friendly and attentive during a peak time.

This is my favorite Starbucks location since they’ve opened! I go out of my way for this one. The staff is always so sweet and the line in the parking lot is never crazy, super fast service too.

Well overdue…and very much appreciated! This place is great. Atmosphere, Service and Product! So far so good! Also, I hear there may be a Wing Restaurant opening up next door. Looks like the company may have sent representatives ahead to scout the place out ahead of time…

Someone needs to update the address on Google. 937 is not the correct address for this store. That is the Starbucks next to the high school near Killion. Very frustrating waiting in line for 15 minutes only to be told go to the other store for the mobile order pickup.

I use the drive through. Service is very friendly and usually fast. They have never messed up my order. I usually order Matcha Latte and a sandwich.
UPDATE- usually my interactions are very positive but tonight I had a terrible time ordering my usually mango dragon fruit refresher, with extra water and lemon aid. Lady just didn’t understand. I told her I just want my drink to have extra water it in so it’s not strong. She suggested less ice so I could have more water. Well it was too strong and now with little ice. I had to go home and dilute it. This was a one time bad so I still think this place is great but I had to down grade food and service.
