You can tell this place is poorly managed. How Nicole has her job is a mystery. Go through the drive through place an order.They repeat an order that you think must belong to somebody else. I’ve always enjoyed Jimmy John’s at this point. I think everybody should just go to Subway. It’s certainly not the staff’s fault. You can’t do a good job if you don’t receive the proper training.

Love Jimmy John’s. The food is always great and prepared quickly. This was my first visit to this moderately new location. In fact I had a little trouble finding it on Google Maps to perform the review.
Specifically, this location has very friendly staff, really appreciate that extra effort these days.

We ate here during new student move-in day. They were super slammed with a very large catering order, but the staff and manager communicated the issues and explained the delay. It wasn’t a bad wait and it helped understanding what they were dealing with. Once the short wait was over, our food was prepared promptly and very well. Order was accurate and sandwiches prepared well. This could have been a negative experience but they made it a positive.

Ordered a chicken wrap without tomato, recieved with tomatoes and it was slimy
They did replace the wrap but we’re not apologizing for the mistake. Wrap was still not edible .

I ordered a ultimate porker (#17) it is supposed to have ham bacon lettuce tomatoes and mayonnaise on it. Mine only had meat very disappointed won’t be back.

I’ve never given a one star review but it’s been 2 hours since I ordered and no one is answering the phone. Last time I ordered toasted they delivered it took me cold and told me to put it in the oven myself because they had already cleaned the oven(it was 30 minutes before close) I get that it’s late, but if you aren’t going to give service that late, then don’t be open that late!!!!

Restaurant was sparkling the employees greeted us with a hello, welcome to Jimmy John’s. They were very polite and patient and listened to how we wanted our subs made and they made suggestions for veggies and condiments. After we paid for the subs they thanked us and invited us to come back again. When we got home and unwrapped the subs all the veggies and condiments were on my sub and not the wrapper they tasted excellent and the meat to bread ratio was even. I highly recommend Jimmy John’s for subs.

Sandwich places on the east coast are judged harshly, especially those in the Ohio Valley that are used to a particular style.
While there are those places in town that have ingredients of differing quality I find the quality of sandwich and customer service to be excellent when compared to other establishments in the valley. Indeed within stuebenville you only have federicos and def louis to truly compare to and they require call aheads!
The only thing hitting the atmosphere is that you really wouldn’t want to eat in the shop. Something you can not really do at either one of the top two other places either. It scores higher marks because there is a patio area that is doable in the summer if one desires.
Come here for a decient sandwich at a fair price. If you are very particular about your sandwiches then goto def louies and if you want a great deal goto federicos. JJ is the place to go in the middle for good value, quality, and a custom sandwich.

What a tightly run ship! Very friendly staff. Sandwich meat portions were awesome. The sandwich I ordered was pretty much done before I even ordered it. The Manager Liam is an extremely hard worker and has the place very clean and well managed. Happy to see a place in Steubenville with great food and great service.

Would give no stars if there was an option. Two simple self explanatory Sub sandwiches turned into a disaster. I could’ve went behind the counter and made these subs myself. The girl who messed the subs up had an attitude and for what who knows because she messed them up. I will not be returning to this raggedy establishment who hired incompetent employees.
