I genuinely love supporting Crazy Llama Coffee Company. From the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly and welcoming without being overbearing. It’s always clean, inviting, and just an overall enjoyable place to spend time.
As someone who works from home, finding a spot where I can bring my laptop, settle in, and actually focus is such a gift — and Crazy Llama has become one of my go-to places. The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance of relaxed but productive.
And the coffee is always reliable. Always good. I know exactly what I’m getting every time, and it never disappoints. I truly prefer it over larger chain shops. There’s just something about the quality, the care, and the heart behind a locally owned business that makes the experience better.

The coffee has always been good, but the seating is very uncomfortable. Getting it to-go is a good option.
Usually the baristas are friendly and sweet. But a young man took my last order and said he would bring it out to me. So I sat away from the counter and read a book, with their music coming through the speakers overhead. Perhaps he called my order, but I never heard it. Didn’t think I needed to- I thought he would “bring it out to me.” When I finally came to the counter and said I was going to have to leave, I saw my order sitting on the counter. When I asked if that was mine, he said “yes.” Mind you, there were two customers in the place and he was doing nothing at the time. I’m happy to go get my order. I never expected him to bring it, except that that’s what he said. I simply took him at his word. The paper was stuck to the burrito, tearing it apart, as well, making it difficult to scarf it down in a hurry. I had to leave half of it. Normally this is a great place. Cushions, and being mindful of what you are promising would be nice.

We were passing through town and decided to try it cause it looked cute. But I am SO disappointed. I asked for half sweet but it was still too sweet for me to drink. You can see the syrup at the bottom. I even asked for an extra shot which I had to double check they put it in. I should have made sure they did half sweet but they weren’t overly friendly. I am so disappointed I spent too much money on this that I can’t drink. The cinnamon roll was good but my husband house coffee was weak too.

Service at 32nd street location Joplin mo was sooo slow I ordered on mobile app & 30 minutes later it still was not ready & my order on app never updated – 6 hours later I checked & still said received

I go here pretty often for coffee and never have had an issue. I decided I would get a burrito while I was here this morning, and was extremely disappointed. The wrapping it came in had the print coming off on the fork they gave me, the paper was stuck to the burrito almost like they cooked it in the paper, and then it fell apart upon opening the wrapping. I will NEVER get another food item from here again. The coffee is usually alright, but lately the overall service has been declining.

Friendly staff, quick service and great coffee. It’s really nice to have a good coffee shop on this side of town. I’ve been several times and had the Crazy Llama Mocha hot every time and it’s always been fantastic. These guys definitely have my repeat business!

Something about this place keeps drawing me back! I really like their coffee and I tend to stop here more often than other coffee shops in the Webb/Joplin area. Anything iced is my favorite and I have never been disappointed with my purchases. It’s clean inside and a friendly atmosphere. Also, love the llama portraits on the walls. I will continue to come here!
