Back story, we got into town late about 830pm. Checked into our Hotel. Nothing much was open. The front desk at our hotel said the harpoon was open late. We got there at about 9pm. Looked empty no cars. We where gonna leave but decided to go in and check it out. So Glad we did!!!! What a Great Local spot for Great food and drinks!
Went back 4 days later for dinner. Amazing. King Cake & Swampalaya. The bar is awesome. Handmade with a twist of locals. Incredible piece.
Thank you again
Flounder, shrimp, crab legs, po boy and the king crab cake!! The drinks were phenomenal as well!!
Demi took care of us from the moment we stepped in the door and we instantly felt at home. She was the sweetest and so full of southern hospitality. We will for sure be coming back in every visit! Definitely a staple to our yearly trips to the area!
Be sure to get the Swamp Gravy.it reminded me of an etouffee. Chunky goodness and a creamy roux.
The debris is oh so tasty!
Come in and be sure to get some Conecuh sausage.
Swamp Gravy: Creole cheese made with blackened seafood, bacon and Conecuh sausage.
Kernfish Krawbread: Spicy house cornbread chocked full of crawfish, peppers and onions topped with a poached egg and a spoon full of sour cream.
Every single bite was an explosion of flavor and delight! We will definitely be returning to try out more dishes.
