Ordered takeout from here on recommendation from a friend who said pizza was really good. However in our order, the crust on supreme was thick and soggy, toppings (peppers and onions) were not fully cooked, buffalo chicken pizza was dry and not much cheese.

There’s lots of good pizza in Syracuse, so the standard is pretty high too. Maybe I was there on a bad day, and may try it again. 2 slices we’re about $10.
There is a separate dining area from the counter area, and b/r are in the dining area. Probably enough seating for 24 people, four per table. Drinks are available from the fridge as well. Hot and cold subs and other items also available. This is right across the road from the Brooklyn Pickle.

Just ignorant . Called and ordered a pizza at 7:45 they said 20-25 minutes . Came in .. still wasn’t ready ordered a cheesecake with my son and had a seat… sat for a while talking until I realized it was 8:20 asked about my pizza. Was told another 10 minutes. Oh.. I still haven’t received my pizza either …..

It is by far the best pizza especially on the west side of Syracuse. It’s usually consistently excellent and hot when it’s delivered. The people are wonderful. I always call to order rather than doing it online. I think the people that work there are the best. I think the quality of the food is exceptional. Thank you, oip.

Had a buffalo chicken slice ugh. A few of the chicken pieces were stringy / tough. Never had anything like that back in Rochester. They had a ton of options but everything looked hours old sitting out.

Got 1 chicken bacon ranch pizza. The crust and toppings were so tough could hardly bite it was like cardboard and it had red pepper flakes on it. Since when is chicken bacon ranch a spicy pizza? I’ve never seen it. Won’t be back.

Called in an order for pizza. Had to call back to confirm they had the order correct since the confirmation email they sent me was wrong. I even had them repeat it back to me to be sure given I was having guests over. Was told by the girl, “I got you.” Pizza delivered was entirely wrong. Second time I’ve had problems with OIP. Never again.
