UPDATE AS OF 8/25
My dinner plans fell through due to chicken now thawing in time.
We had all the ingredients at home to make pizza except the dough. I remember quite some time ago chatting it up with the owner about dough and his practices. So I said let’s give him a shot.
Price was $8.43 give or take after tax paying with card and I was honestly a little taken back.
BUT…
I got home stretched the dough into my cast iron and stuck it in the fridge for a few hours till dinner time came.
Took it out gave it quick stretch and starting adding our ingredients.
THIS IS THE BEST DAMM PIZZA I have ever made here at home, THANKS to them! Well worth the price AND from now on will be getting our pizza dough from them.
Place is clean as always and friendly staff!

The italian sandwich is embarrassing. For the price there was minimal meat. One of the least meaty italian sandwiches I have seen anywhere. Vodka parm sandwiches was good but dosnt make up for the terrible italian.

We ordered sandwiches and pizza for our daughters birthday and everyone raved about the food. Lexi was great to work, helping us plan the menu. Food was fairly priced, delivered on time, and – most important – delicious. This has quickly become our go-to pizza place.

So my wife and I went for lunch with 2 grandsons… one guy helping people during lunch rush… wait was bad guy was overloaded! Tables were dirty, place is getting so run down, walls are beat up white on front counter is getting black..(what does back look like???) went back counter to get a bag for one slice we did not eat and me and 2 others were standing there for 5 minutes while counter guy disappeared….. other pizza places in area offer much better service and look better… new Greenlawn pizza place is slipping fast…

Nice pie with what amounted to a really good sauce. At first when I brought it home, it tasted a little pasty, but I believe that was because it had gotten less hot as I journeyed home. Once I put it in the oven and heated the pizza up, the sauce burst out in flavor and the texture got more desirable. Overall, a well done pizza. Just make sure you eat it hot!

This is our family’s new favorite pizzeria on Long Island. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients. Their Margherita pie is the best we’ve had. We also really like the way the dough gets a nice crispy crunch on the bottom. Oh yea, the staff is very kind and attentive to their guests.

While happy that they offer a gluten free crust option, the outdated rice flour crust was a disappointment. There are much better products out there if a pizzeria is going to buy frozen(which Lucchello does).
My friend had a slice of the regular flour forest mushroom, which was super soggy(toppings fell off of the slice when he picked it up.
The counter help was really friendly and attentive, eclectic collection of art, interesting. Hopefully they will switch to a better gluten free crust-Id love to try some of the specialty pie options.

Pizza is super thin with barely any cheese or sauce Ridiculously expensive for the junk they sell. Very nasty rude employees with attitudes. Stay away.

First time at L’uccello’s, came just before it was closing. Didn’t expect much as I thought Pizza would not be fresh as it was late at night. But Pizza was fresh and yummy! Lexi waited on us and she was great, great service and fun personality!

Just had the pizza from L’uccellos in Greenlawn and was blown away! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the sauce brought back memories of grandma’s homemade touch. Their meatballs? Just like a traditional Italian Sunday dinner. What truly stood out were the creative toppings; their combinations of flavors were both unique and impressively balanced. A must-try!!
