I don’t usually go to this outlet, but today I made the mistake of picking up chicken wings here since it was on my commute. What I was served was mostly bones and smelled bad (probably rotten). It looked disgusting and tasted terrible, so I had to throw most of it away. I am never stepping foot in this store again. I’ll stick to my favorite Domino’s at the Coit-Rolater intersection in Frisco.”

I ordered two pizzas from this location (1301 Custer Rd) for dinner recently, and the experience was physically distressing. Visually, the pizzas appeared extremely greasy and some parts were heavily charred.
Immediately after consuming the food, I suffered from severe stomach cramps and acute digestive issues throughout the night. I want to give a big thank-you to Jackson, the store manager, for going above and beyond. I was having an issue redeeming my rewards points because of a system/email problem, and he honored my 40 points for the free cheesy bread without any hassle. He absolutely didn’t have to do that, and he could have brushed me off… but instead, he chose to be kind and helpful, and I really appreciated it.
The pizza was made very quickly, delivery was super fast, and the delivery driver was incredibly sweet.
The only reason I’m taking off one star is that my pizza ended up a bit overcooked. I did request it well done, so they followed instructions, the timing was just slightly off and it was a little under burnt.
Overall though, this team is clearly doing their best, and the customer service made a real difference. Sending good vibes and appreciation to this location.

I hate to do this but I showed up after ordering 10 minutes earlier and the pizza hadn’t been made. The employee had just finished a transaction from another customer with cash. After he had asked me what I ordered he then went on to make it without washing his hands after handling cash. I asked if I could cancel it after he had made it, he said yes, I said because I saw you handle cash then went on to make my order. He said well the oven is hot and will… I interrupted because I told him I used to work at Dominos, I know he knew better. He offered to cancel but I paid anyways. The standards are not there. I’m sorry to say this but I’m not going back. It’s been a pleasure Dominos. I’m sure he’s a great employee and maybe if I didn’t witness it I’d be ok with just picking up the pie but what if comes to mind, a bathroom visit or something else. Either way, I wish I hadn’t seen that. I had two hungry kids waiting.

The best pizza i ever tried, we came from another State, we chose this domino pizzeria because it was close to our hotel, but when we tried this half pepperoni and half Hawaiian… we fell in love with this taste.. great people, great service, guys were polite, i recommend this place and this pizza.

Recently, their pizza becomes worse than ever. I think maybe they changed the management. I ordered 4 specialty pizzas because it is full of cheese and my friends were coming. It was terrible. All of them were the same. No cheese, and tasted like burned bread. I believed it was just a mistake.
Today, I went inside to take my order, which I already paid for, so I don’t want anything.
and I was shocked how it was messed up and not cleaned. The man I talked to was nice. I told him I was not here to complain and o explained what happened. He just turned to talk to the manager, who didn’t even bother himself to turn around. I took my boxes and left. You can imagine my surprise when I opened them and they are like the last time but with more burned tast. If my friends were not waiting, I would go back to them.
I don’t know how this big pizza name would have unqualified managers.
I guess I need to start trying other pizza

I love this Domino’s™️Franchise! Every single time that I order it is hot, fresh, and very flavorful! It does not matter how busy they are or anything, they always greet me upon walk in and make me feel welcome. The young man whom I assume is the general manager seems to really be on top of his game and is running a solid restaurant. Good Job Guys!!!! Thanks for always getting my order right and being so friendly whether all three ovens are full or not.

The only highlight from my order was the gentleman doing the delivery, I think his name was Cade,
He was very friendly and courteous and punctual, I should have tipped more.
The cheese marinara dip was so disappointing, I don’t even know how it passed the so called quality check, lol
Must have been a Domino’s joke.
The garlic twists were good.
The chicken Alfredo was so dry,not enough sauce which made everything just dry,
Checked all the other pasta dishes, dry too.
Called the store to either get a refund or replacement for the dip they offered me credit points, I’m visiting so credit points don’t work for me, then he told me to come get the replacement myself because they were extremely busy tonight because it’s Sunday.
If I made the order online it’s because I did not want to come to your store sir.
What’s the point of paying for delivery fees then…

The crew here makes the best pizza and really show care because it’s not messy and just thrown together. Thank you for making it so good and it’s delivered quick and still hot! We love our dominos! Thank you for all the hard work and coming to work, it’s definitely appreciated by us!
