Finally made it to this new Italian restaurant! It popped up on my IG and had been wanting to come try it out for a while now. Our waitress was nice and attentive. She told us that this Italian food is northern Italian style. We are not familiar with this type of Italian food but excited to try it out. We ordered an appetizer, two dishes and dessert to share. Appetizer: Bluefintuna tartar (so goood!), main dishes: Lumache and Bucatini…I love lobster and the Lumache had some. This pasta was good but I feel it lacked a bit of flavor. The Bucatini on the other hand was delicious! For dessert we ordered a Mexican hot chocolate cinnamon roll, that was amazing! Overall it was a good experience coming here!

We found this charming Northern Italian spot on Resy, and it has become one of our favorites! While rooted in Italian traditions, the chef is also passionate about Mexican and Japanese cuisine, which creates a unique blend into the menu. Everything we ordered was delicious – we had Focaccia, Calabrian N’Duja Dip, Rigatoni, and Bucatini. The house made butter with Focaccia completely won us over; and the environment and service were equally great. Will definitely visit again soon. Warmly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely dining experience!

Incredible new restaurant!

Food was omg good. Absolutely exquisite, creative, beautiful, and massive portions.

Staff were super attentive and really made us feel special.

I heard the chef is from a famous restaurant in Pasadena but bringing a New Mexican/asian spin on some classics. We had the scallop crudo and you could definitely see the fusion creativity there.

Highly recommend and an absolute must try.

Oh, and they poured their drinks with a heavy hand (bonus!)

I had a pleasant dining experience at Rosalie’s Restaurant. The food was not overly seasoned and had a good balance of flavors, without being too saucy. However, the menu was limited, which might be a downside for those who prefer a wider variety of options.
The restaurant had a soft opening, which may have contributed to the limited seating and the feeling of a smaller, more intimate dining experience. Staff seemed friendly and while the atmosphere was cozy, the small tables and tight seating made it feel a bit cramped.
The prices at Rosalie’s Restaurant were a bit steep, with the total bill for two people coming to $183.00, not including a tip. Everything was A la carte, and there was no bread or any other complimentary items included with the meal.
Overall, while the food was delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant, however, the food was not unique or exceptional, the limited menu, overpriced items, and small portions were some of the downsides of my visit to Rosalie’s Restaurant.

Everything was amazing. I sat at the bar and Gianina was my server and bartender. She was the best and made an excellent Nero martini. It was so good that I already want to come back and try more drinks next time.

For food, I had the pork meatballs and the striped bass and everything tasted incredible. Their menu rotates with the seasons and they mentioned they adjusted the bass for fall flavors. What really blew me away was the squash that came with it and how well it complemented the fish. The fish itself was great, but the squash was so good I wanted to lick the plate clean.

They source ingredients from local farmers markets, so the menu changes often, which makes me even more excited to come back once it rotates again. Service was amazing overall. Street parking was pretty easy and there are several public lots nearby. Definitely coming back.

Excellent food, definitely try the little gem salad, the octopus, the steak and any of the pastas as they make their own. As a walk in with no reservations, Logan took care of us to make sure we had a seat. Marco, the Bartender and our server was nothing but awesome. I will definitely return.

Found out about this place cause of a friend’s recommendation. Food was delish. It is a little tight inside but there’s a parking lot behind (although on Fri gets packed Bec of the street fair)

Pretty solid spot, but not sure if the price is right – feels a little more expensive than it should be for similar quality restaurants. Server told us it was family style plates but most of the pasta we got definitely could have been 1, maybe 2 servings. Pasta was good, the rotolo was the favorite for my family. Meatballs were on the saltier side – FYI, the meatballs that are the app are the same meatballs that come in the spaghetti. Cocktails were good; my younger brother got their craft cokes and said it was fine. Also ordered their Mexican hot chocolate cinnamon roll and their spiced pear cake – the flavors were both good but they were both on the dry side.

So overall, Rosalie is a solid spot that might be just a little too expensive but is still a good choice for dinner. I would definitely go back for a one on one dinner or drinks and apps.

My wife and I went for our anniversary on 10/10. We made reservations but we are early birds so we didn’t need one. Huge parking lot outside, parking was easy. We sat at the bar which is what my wife and I prefer. Bartender was very knowledgeable about the wine and food. We started with a an Italian red that was very good. The menu was a new experience for us, we were not familiar with “Northern Italian” food. We started off with focaccia bread with homemade butter (Unbelievable) Charred octopus (Unbelievable) local wild mushrooms (Unbelievable) and then we tried two of their pasta dishes the Lumache and Torchetti (Unbelievable) especially the torchetti! We finished with the wild striped bass and you guessed it … UNBELIEVABLE! I’m not going to be descriptive with everything we ate but everything was well executed, seasoned and fresh. All of our dishes were perfect for sharing.

I highly recommend Rosalies, as far as price, I strongly believe in you get what you pay for (most of the time) and at Rosalie’s I have no problem with the prices. Great atmosphere, great staff, especially Logan who was very friendly and well educated on their menu which helped us make our selections and most importantly a great chef! We will be back.

Rosalie has an excellent wine list and cocktail menu. The setting is lovely. We are really enjoy d the Octopus and wild mushroom starter. I assumed when the reservation had a question about allergies that there would be at least some gluten friendly pasta option, but that is not the case. If you are gluten intolerant or celiac, there are very minimal menu options and no pasta options. It was a bummer because the drinks and flavors were excellent.
