Went here for the first time today. Will not be back. Ordered a ham and cheese croissant with lettuce and mayo and a Ruben on rye. Got home and Ruben was on a bagel. Went back to have it remade. I noticed the girl putting bread in a toaster rack so I asked other person at register if they grilled the Ruben’s..she said yes. When I got my order , the bread was not grilled or even looked toasted. When we started to eat the ham and cheese, it had tomatoe on it which I had specifically said no tomato. The croissant had one very thin piece of ham in it. Service was poor, very cold atmosphere and place looked like it needed a good cleaning and fixing up. I WOULD THINK TWICE IF I WERE YOU ABOUT GOING HERE!

Just purchased a corn beef sandwich and a Ruben. Service was horrible and the corn beef was tough and minimal. They definitely need to change the name. This is in no way a New York style deli. They used to be a great spot, not so much now. Definitely not a $9 sandwich. The prior week they tried to sell me a cup of hot water and a Lipton tea bag for $3.50. Won’t be back. Would have returned the sandwiches and requested a refund but they close at 2pm.

I come in every so often and my order is almost always correct, however, the service is pretty bad. They aren’t as busy as they used to be, but they still manage to be incredibly slow. One person comes up, takes your order, then goes back to make it and the next person has to wait for someone else to come up to take theirs. I have also gone in twice in the past few weeks and both times I’ve had to wait while someone plays on their phone. They also aren’t very friendly. They definitely need a bit of a change around in the store.

I have been a loyal customer, shopping here almost weekly for nearly three years. While I’ve occasionally overlooked minor errors in the past, a recent incident involving the staff, including someone identified as the manager, has made me reconsider my patronage and feel compelled to write this review.
Today, my order included two bagels—one toasted and one not toasted. I received both toasted. I immediately returned to the store. The employee at the counter apologized and offered to correct the mistake, which I appreciated.
However, as I waited for the replacement order, I was standing in the waiting area, which is near the food preparation area. I clearly overheard a woman, who I was later told is the manager, speaking loudly about me. She stated, “who is that lady looking at me like she is having problem with me” and “why she is staring at me like there is a problem.”
When I told her I could hear her and that it was inappropriate to speak about a customer that way, the employee who took my order informed me that she was the manager.
The manager’s behavior was rude, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. To openly complain about a customer who is simply waiting for a correction to an order the store made, and to do so in earshot, shows an astonishing lack of customer service. This type of attitude, especially from someone in a leadership position, is simply unacceptable.
I have never experienced such bad customer service anywhere. I sincerely hope that store ownership addresses this shameful incident, as it clearly indicates a significant problem with customer relations and staff training.

As someone who moved to this area from New Jersey, I was scared I was never going to find a bagel place that measured up. And I was right. There is not a single place that knows how to do bagels with pork roll/taylor ham at all. It’s actually embarrassing to offer it if you don’t treat it right. Will just now give up on finding something good cause this place was the last shot. And it was SO disappointing

I’ve been to this bagel shop 3 times in as many weeks and 2 of the 3 times my order has been wrong. The only time it was right was the very first time we went. 2nd time omlette plate had no ham or bagel on it. Today, 3rd time, I ordered a veggie omlette with ham and American cheese with a sun dried tomato bagel. I got a plain ham & cheese omlette and a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. The food is good but not good enough or cheap enough to excuse wrong orders time after time after time.

Seriously, if you like bagels to be fluffy on the inside and firm on the outer surfaces which can be crackly when toasted, this place is your new go-to choice.

This is my go to place for bagels, I don’t get them anywhere else. For sure would recommend going here for a breakfast with friends and family. The workers are friendly and quick to get your food to you. You can eat in or take your food to go. Inside the shop is very quaint and well decorated it gives you something to look at if you’re alone. Eating here alone or with other people are honestly both great. My go to order is quite basic, just a plain bagel with cream cheese, but this is the only place that I like this order from. Everything is made fresh everyday. For certain holidays they dye the cream cheese to match that holiday (this doesn’t change the flavor) which is definitely fun for kids. Once again I would 100% recommend stopping by at least once while in the area.

The food is usually decent, but they need to update their hours. Supposedly open Tuesday- Sunday 6:00am – 2:00pm
I’m here on a Tuesday at 7:52 and the place is dark. A phone call to the business goes straight to a voicemail that hasn’t been set up yet.
