One of the worst food experiences I’ve had. The service was slow, unorganized, and the staff acted like customers were a burden instead of their job. No greeting, no urgency, no care. The food was just as disappointing—my sandwich was sloppy, barely warm, and clearly thrown together with zero effort. Ingredients didn’t taste fresh, portions were stingy, and it definitely wasn’t worth the price. Jersey Mike’s is supposed to be known for quality and good service, but this location completely missed the mark. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend it to anyone expecting decent food or basic customer service.

When I entered the store, the gentleman was finishing preparing my order for the condiments. The young lady skipped over my two sandwiches to assist the next customer. She made his sandwich and cashed him out. Before she started making my sandwiches, I asked her, “Do you mind getting some fresh gloves?” She responded, “I’m not making your sandwiches next; I’m going to make this gentleman’s sandwich,” referring to the customer who had just entered and placed his order. I was confused as to why that was necessary when my two sandwiches were already sitting here. The manager came over and told me it had been a long day and everyone was tired!

Mr Tucker the person ya have running this place ! Please find better management. He so nasty towards customers and his staff. It was disturbing and as a manager myself I’ll never treat people in such a profoundly rude way I didn’t even get my lunch I walked right out because why show frustration while dealing with people food!

STAY AWAY. If i could give this establishment negative stars I would. I ordered a BLT with turkey. specifically asked for no dressing on the sandwich and honey mustard on the SIDE. and what I received was absolutely INEDIBLE. The entire sandwich was SOAKED. The bread was literally wet with honey mustard sprayed everywhere. There were hardly any toppings on the sandwich and I asked for extra lettuce…… Additionally I requested scooped out bread, which again was completely disregarded. and the cherry on top was that they didn’t even cut it in half! Save your money and do NOT come here.

The young man who made our sandwiches truly was exceptional preparing our order! He may have been new, I just hope he continues his passion for incredible service! So appreciative of his genuine attention in our order. Wish I recalled his name as management should recognize his fabulous customer service.

When I walked in I was greeted by a man he was very nice. I enjoyed the experience up until my sandwich began getting dressed. I order the sub club like always.The young lady began dressing my sandwich and tossed everything on it. I asked her politely to stop tossing everything she than caught a little attitude I didn’t want to be one of those customers so I let her ways fall through. She squirted a lot of mustard and vinegar I than asked her are you okay because I never saw this type of behavior when ordering from them. I was so upset inside that I didn’t ask her what her name was she has a piercing with dark black hair white and young . I will recommend the place just not her service. I tried to eat it!!

I specifically asked for a wrap and told them twice that I wanted lettuce and tomato. Something told me to check my food before we left. I asked the guy, “Was lettuce and tomato on it he assured me that it was. I was so disappointed when I got back to my suite. Not at all what I asked for!! it wasn’t on the wrap that I asked for. Nothing I asked for was done, but the mushrooms and peppers! the bad thing about it is that I did not check before I left! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD! OR YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!!!
Changed my service to a 4. The manager contacted me and apologized for the mistakes on their end. He also refunded the whole meal back to. So, next trip I take to Hilton Head, I’ll be sure to stop by again and give another review.
