I asked for a singe scoop of ice cream IN A CONE which was priced at almost $5 by the way AND I WAS GIVEN A SPOONFUL OF ICE CREAM IN A CUP at most this is absolutely despicable…do not come to this location for basking robbins this is not the only time I have been disappointed by the service and food quality dont waste your time or money here !!!

This bar none is the most poorly run Dunkin. They never have the donut I want even in the mornings. We’re out of all refresher by 11am! Took our order for Mango refresher, got to the window. Oh sorry out of Mango too! We drove off! If I wanted a coffee I’d order one! I’ve been to Dunkin in Roselle and on Lake, etc. The always have my donut the chocolate long John or Old Fashion! The location needs properly trained staff or the owner should sell his franchise! They always have teens running the store, slow and talk to much to other staff!!

Even after the reopening and remodeling this place is still one of the worst dunkins I have ever been to, The teams they have here are just so unmotivated and just like dead in the eyes and don’t care they should have at least five people working at all times otherwise you won’t get what you ordered for at least 15 minutes, drive-thru is priority and everybody that comes in has to wait at least 10-15 minutes, I was one of the first 200 to get free coffee for a year which is more like 4 free coffees a month, but that’s not even worth it because of how long you have to wait just for a single coffee. It’s very sad image for Dunkin with this location. I’d rather go to 72 and 25 go to that dunkin’ donuts because it’s one of the best ones in the area maybe that owner should teach this owner how to run a Dunkin.

Ordered through their app only to tell me when I arrive that they tried to call me to let me know they couldn’t fulfill the order. The associates couldn’t cancel the order as well to get a refund and when I ask them in length how their process works they detailed they receive only an order and name. No communication information like a phone number.

If you couldn’t call me then why lie to my face in the beginning that you tried to reach out to me? Honesty isn’t served at Dunkin.

2 youngsters running entire branch on Sunday afternoon, was not friendly at all we went with kids as regularly for our favorite donuts and hash-browns. I ordered as always medium hot latte with no flavor but lady made definitely used sweetener and was telling she did not when i can clearly taste of sweetness but later other guy said sorry that they run out of regular milk and it was sweetener used. Do not lie next time to customers just be honest even if you run out of some items it is totally fine not a big deal. Also i noticed the guy opened pack of sweetener with teeth which is disgusting so i will never use this location again.

I waited 22 min for a bucket of munchkins and a large hot coffee. And a chocolate swirl. I don’t know why no one in the store was communicating with each other. I think re training is needed on ordering and getting orders out. The young lady in the front taking orders is new but the frustration on customers faces and hers because if not getting coffees out is real.

How can a place as mismanaged as this not get shut down?

Several times now I’ve ordered something through the mobile app, shown up to pick up my order, and then get told by the staff that:

A) They can’t make my order (how does a donut & coffee place run out of donuts and milk?!?)

B) Somehow are completely unable to refund me my order

Had a terrible experience today. I ordered two hot lattes through the drive-thru. As the woman handed the second one she dropped it all down me . Asked if I was okay and that was it didn’t offer to replace the spilled coffee nothing. I have managed restaurants, things do happen in this situation the drink should have been free.

Placed an order on the app and when I arrived to pick it up. They didn’t have the flavored ice cream in stock, and wasn’t able to get a refund at all. I left with no ice cream or refund. They need a better manager and have inventory.

From now on I will be going to the Hoffman Estates location Barrington & Golf.

EVERYTIME I COME HERE , somehow they are out of the Ingridents to make a cappuccino blast! Then the one time I get it , it TASTES like WATER AND THEY JUST ADD MORE SUGAR INSTEAD OF REMAKING IT!!
