Deserves a ZER0. The guy, Eric, at the counter didn’t know his job at all and he was the only one at service. He served bacon to my vegetarian friend, gave incomplete orders, charged 18% gratuity on a take out order, didn’t negotiate even though the bill said we can request for increase or decrease on gratuity, we asked if they could make a Tortilla with just cheese in it for my friend’s 4 YO, charged us $12 for that (no harm in saying no or charge like a $2 or $3). Delivery was a joke, more painful at the same time. He handed us 5 boxes, no bag to carry it, no ketchup, no tissue, incomplete orders. Took 45 mins (imagine someone catching a flight in an hour, fortunately not me today). The guy completely lost is when I asked for paper tissue. He started throwing a 100 condiments packets in a bag and started bad mouthing us. Food tasted okay. Somehow, he was super sweet with all white customers. Not acceptable!!! Unfortunately, this is the only sit down shop before security at Fort Lauderdale Airport. Not recommended! Rather go to the adjacent coffee shop

The food is airport overpriced of course. My entire meal was wrong. I had to watch the cook and cashier fight about it. The upside is you can sit as long as you want without being harassed. I unfortunately had to wait 5hrs to check into my flight. So I hung out here for hours grateful for a seat, charger outlet, and my Pepsi.

Stopped in for lunch before flights out of Richmond. I ordered Fried Chicken with Swiss cheese sandwich with fries, hubby ordered a cheeseburger with homemade chips.
Both were good. I thought too much seasoning (ranch) on chips. I also think butter on rolls looks pretty, but make it messy… greasy.
$46.39 for 2 sandwiches with side, tea, and diet Pepsi.

The place is busy. I ordered a Club House sandwich and it comes with house chips. For $1 more you can get fries or a small salad. The sandwich was okay, nothing special, but filling. The staff was wonderful. Service with a smile. It was the only sitdown restaurant that I saw, in terminal 4, before going through security.

So I gotta say I was surprised! The fact this place is inside an airport and it was late at night I was expecting a mediocre burger but was I wrong. The second I tasted the burger I was completely wowed with just how fresh and juicy the meat tasted and the whole flavor was just amazing. It really hit the spot

The food was overpriced and cold. After ordering and sitting for roughly 20 minutes, was told I had to leave because I wasn’t actively ordering something even though I was still finishing my fries. I was waiting for my friend to come back from the bathroom so I wasn’t trying to deal with 4 roller bags alone and the manager proceeded to demand that I had to vacate the table immediately even when I just asked for a few minutes. Disrespectful, rude and poor food. Next time I’ll stick to a cup of coffee from the place next to it and nothing else.

If I could leave a negative rating I would. The FLL host was disrespectful. I don’t know if there was prejudice or what?, but my husband and I sat and waited to be served. The host came into the restaurant and started barking that we need to leave if we’re not going to ordering anything, never offered us a menu never made eye contact. After asking for a menu that he tossed on the counter, never taking our order. The man then started wiping his runny nose and cutting fruit for drinks without washing his hands. After sitting for 45 minutes with no contact at all other than if you’re not ordering you need to leave and watching him use his hands as a tissue, we decided to go.
