Smelled like cigarettes before I stepped through the threshold. Now im home and my rice taste like cigarettes too. HOW?! I dont know. My general tso’s has absolutely NO FLAVOR. Its not even sweet. The sauce that comes with the cream cheese wantons was sour and not sweet at all. Today was a miss. I wish I could get my 70 bucks back. This is disappointing as hell.

I’m usually excited to share my wife’s and myself experience at a restaurant. However, in this case I’m quite sceptical. Having said this let’s get started. It goes without mention that the staff and chefs are in desperate need for additional training. Our meals were very disappointing, not at the correct temperature, and completely unacceptable. However, the menu is well balanced, within budget, and not confusing. Additional thought should be given before a return visit is in order.

Food was cold for our take out order. And way over cooked. Was gross. Will never come here again. The inside was gross and not sanitary looking. But the lady was nice that gave us our order. Not worth the 60$ we spent.

Ordered a Large order for my family. $133.83 on 9/7. Husband was handed 1 bag he then repeated back the order to employee to check order was correct as 1 bag would not contain the correct amount of food. He was then handed another bag. Left and drove 45 minutes to destination. Upon arrival realized entire order was incorrect. Called immediately and spoke to associate who was aware of orders being swapped. Not a single item we ordered and paid for was in the order we were given. Bags were stapled shut and food were all items we wouldn’t eat. They did not request we return the food. They took down our name and number and saved our ticket and assured us they would replace the order. When calling in to have order replaced associate had our ticket and stated they were aware of the entire situation. They were new and needed to get their boss to be able to do it. Boss who was a male and did not give me his name gets on the phone with me after he yelled at the young female associate about not wanting to replace the order that I over heard then proceeded to get on the phone with me and rudely speak to me telling me there was no way the entire order was wrong. Which is was. We received someone else’s order. Not a single food item we ordered was in the order we received. We received food but not food we ordered. I asked the day it was incorrect if they needed the food returned they stated they did not. The boss I spoke with was rude, accusatory dishonest and unprofessional. Restaurant agreed to replace the order and then refused.

Egg foo young and chicken fried rice. Terrible. Both went into the trash. Rice was cooked in a burnt wok. The EFY was greasy. Worst food we have had in years.

I was craving some Chinese and they did not disappoint. Their dumplings were incredible! Most places, they are one bite sized. But here, they were about 2.5 bites and filled with so much meat! They were so delicious! Everything else was great too. Definitely a very satisfied customer!

I have a family of 8 and ordered an order that came out to $118.00. When my husband went to pick up the order, the restaurant was closed. While I understand that emergencies happen and I am sure there was a good reason for the closure, I was still out $118.00 which I assumed would be returned as soon as the place reopened. Instead, after 3 different phone conversations, I was told the owner Eddie would get to it when he comes in tomorrow. The money was withdrawn on Saturday night and I am hopeful to have a refund by tomorrow at least, which will be Tuesday. I feel this is bad business and will not be ordering from them anymore. Hopefully, in the future they can turn their online ordering off so that no other customers have to deal with this frustrating situation.
Update: I had to go there in person and while they did return my money finally, they told me I was responsible for the processing fee they charge of $6.00 for placing the order online. I don’t feel it’s fair but they returned my money so I am letting it go and just going elsewhere in the future. Just be careful placing online orders with this establishment.
